Is a shield considered armor or can you use a shield and still benefit from evasion?
Let's say your a ranger 9, can you use a shield and medium armor and still benefit from evasion?
It depends on the form of evasion. Rogues and monks can evade only in light or no armor. Rangers also allow medium armor. Rings of evasion don't mention armor at all.
I don't know if any evasion mentions shields. If shields aren't mentioned, then they aren't restricted.
