Additionally, I can't puzzle out that attack block with the short sword. Even blending two attacks together, I still get +17/+17/+12/+12/+7 for my attack mods. Is there a way I don't know about that reduces the penalty on the first attack when TWF to 0? because that's what it reads like.

ac mod: has +10 armor bonus, the revelation of "Armor of Bones (Su)" gives you the +10 but it has to be cast. the armor of bones lasts for 18 hours. I would surmise that at this point, one can assume she always has it active.

Additionally: She is listed as having a Ring of Force Shield, but there is no appropriate Shield modifier (+2) accounted for in her stat block.

"It Was Meant to Be" is a power granted by his Sorceror Destined bloodline. The notation sure makes it look like a typo though!

Additionally: Hide Armour is medium, effectively cancelling out the speed bonus for being a Barbarian. His speed should be 30'.

There's no rule to say that the first class you take, at level 1, has to be your favoured class... or even that you ever have to take any levels in your favoured class, if you don't want to... it's just that most PCs will tend to take whatever class they have at first level as their favoured class (but not all PCs - for example, a character taking Fighter at first level, but planning on then taking 5 levels of Wizard and progressing into the Eldritch Knight Prestige Class is more likely to take Wizard as his favoured class, even though he's not starting out as a Wizard).

This bright red powder contains a mixture of rare herbs and black salt. One sachet contains enough powder to spread in a 5 ft. square, usually around doorways, and requires a DC 18 Perception check to notice. The first creature to enter the powdered square must succeed on a DC 13 Fortitude save or immediately fall prone, unable to crawl more than 5 ft. per round as their feet bloat and the skin splits in unbearable pain. The effects of this powder last for 5 rounds or until a cure spell is applied to the victim.

Feat count is accurate. Urban ranger replaces Endurance so it's not gained as a bonus feat.

Saves are fine. The 2 HD he gains for being awakened raises his animal/magical beast HD from 4 to 6, increasing race mod and all saves by +1.

The skills are messed up, but what I think happened is they treated Diplomacy and Knowledge (nobility) as class skills, when those are class skills for the paladin, not the antipaladin. Reducing each by 3 fixes the skills.

EDIT: Additionally the following is wrong with his stat-block:
>>> Because the base attack bonus is incorrect (and it is, because an awakened animal doesn't get a magical beast's d10 HD or BAB progression), the melee and ranged attack values are off, and his attack with his weapon has 3 iterative attacks when it should only have 2. Lamya's saves line doesn't include her Jackal Heritage feat. Change "+2 vs. enchantments" to "+2 vs. enchantments, +2 vs. mind-affecting (stacks)". Note that ALL enchantment spells and effects are also mind-affecting effects. so these will naturally stack together to create a +4 vs. mind-affecting effects, and a +2 vs. mind-affecting effects that aren't enchantment effects.

Don't forget that his detective archetype removes bardic knowledge (so remove it from the SQ line) and replaces it with eye for detail which gives bonuses in other skills. Even after you do this, however, his skills are still a nightmare and erroneous.

EDIT: Also worth mentioning is he has a magic item, pipes of sounding, but no ranks in Perform (wind instruments) to use it.

Skills come out fine for me. Mine are exactly like yours but Disguise is at +3 for me:

Disguise +3 = 0 ranks + 1(Cha) + 2(feat)

What's really bizarre are his hit points. They don't make any sense at all (even if you add up what's presented in the stat block, 12d8+22 =/= 73). First of all, he's got a -1 Con mod, and seeing as how he didn't spend any favored class bonus points in skill points (or, presumably, a racial bonus), putting them into hp would cancel out the penalty resulting in an hp line that reads like:

"hp 57 (12d8)"

This character is missing his Languages line. As a human (that I suspect is Chelaxian), he should start with Common. His Int mod of +2 and 4 ranks in Linguistics means he should also have 6 other languages.

I assume the first "+4 Dex" in the AC mods was supposed to be +4 armor, as this book has an (admittedly aberrant) pattern of assuming these mages have cast mage armor already. The flat-footed AC mod also suggests this.

Skills come out fine for me. Fly is +9 because the stat block isn't assuming fly has already been cast:

Fly +9 = 5 ranks + 3(class) + 1(Dex)

When she does cast fly, her Fly skill bonus will shoot up to +20:

Fly +20 = 5 ranks + 3(class) + 1(Dex) + 7(half CL) + 4(maneuverability)

I do see a couple more errors for this character.
1) She's missing a language. She's Varisian, so she'd start with Common and Varisian, +1 language for her Int, and +1 language for her rank in Linguistics.
2) Her CL and concentration bonus for her bloodline spell-like abilities is wrong. The bonus to existing spell-casting awarded by her prestige class only applies to spells, not the spell-like abilities of her bloodline. Therefore, it should say "(CL 7th; concentration +13)"
