Ok, so im really late, and i just found out about Ultimate Combat today. they seem interesting classes, but after i read them i noticed how little customization there is for these classes. this i found weird, since thats why i love pathfinder so much. Customizing a character.
then i remembered that prestige classes are used in pathfinder to specialize classes to a particular role.
in my opinion, these classes should be changed to prestige classes, at least Ninja and Samurai.
like Ninja could be Rouge/Alchemist cross class, similar to Arcane trickster
and Samurai could be a more focused Cavalier, similar to the Dragon Disciple.
IDK about gunslinger, it really does not have much room for customization, and i feel it needs it.
just an opinion/thought
