Kyra I asked Meri if she'd thought about being wed to you and she ran away before answering the question so I'll ask you, has the topic of marriage come up between the two of you? If you were to have a wedding who, of your iconic friends, would you invite? And are there any that you would invite that would turn you down? I just recently got married and we invited over 150 people but only about 22 showed up...

Kyra, what is the best part about being a cleric? I wanted to join the clergy for sarenrae but there was too much forgiveness and not enough murder. I do not care who the heck you are, touch my bacon and I will skin you alive.
This is also why I think sarenrae is the dumbest god ever. Nethys is cool, he seems more reasonable. Torag is too loyal bound. I don't like being expected to do stuff. I do stuff when I do stuff.
Also, what are your thoughts on the new warpriest?

By the gods, what would you do?

After a harrowing adventure of trap dodging and swordplay, I've fallen for a bright-eyed Paladin lad of Iomedae - But the stars are against me! How was I supposed to know he's the son of a former, um...dance partner?! It wasn't even that long ago! Just a few decades! Noone settles down that quickly, aye? Paladin lad and I danced too, but in fairness he led. Humans will be the death of me.

Our party sails to his hometown now. Feel like a trollop. Maybe it's not too late to take my chances jumping overboard?

(Merisiel Sillvari) Don't jump overboard! There are sharks down there!
As you say, but I need a clever plan! We're bound to meet his father soon in Almas! For true, "honesty" won't help a thing; No matter how much our Paladin touts it. My share of last venture's treasure for aid, please!
(Merisiel Sillvari) Hmmm. Maybe invite the father along for the next dance?

By "dance" I meant - um, not dancing but what you'd fancy with Kyra. Father and son? Too awkward, nay. That's it! Kyra is pious! She could relate to a Paladin! Maybe she'll know what to do!
(Merisiel Sillvari) Oh, I know what you meant by dancing. Feel free to ask Kyra, but if you don't follow my advice... you'll be haunted by what-ifs for the rest of your life!!!!

We pull into port soon, and I know not what to do. Your counsel, I pray. My heart would turn to ash, should this go badly.

I'm a man, but I know your feeling. I married this village girl because... reasons...

And then she seems to be a goddess.
She can (apparently) teleport, she disappears for long periods at a time with no warning, and she's the most beautiful woman I've ever met. She's also extremely possessive, killed her 'father', and is a swordfighter on par with myself. No, that is not innuendo for anything. I assumed that the man was a cad because... I met him, and that is all we will say about the matter.
Somehow I feel as though she's too dangerous to handle, but I'll be damned if I ever go back on a marriage after what my first love did to me- (Long story short, I might have some half-drow daughter trying to kill me, screaming that I abandoned her- when the opposite is true. We were gonna get married, but she skipped town. Something about her race.) I need help, advice, and reassurance against paranoia.
Mostly because an evildoer who claimed to be an oracle said that I was gonna end up ruling in the Upper Plains, surrounded by celestial maidens.(That's some Grade-A malarkey if I've ever heard of it, but you never know...)
If you have any guidance- Our cleric is about as thick-headed as someone so wise can get, and I'm afraid Maya might get the wrong idea if I ask her about herself- I'll accept it gratefully.

I miss this thread. I miss Kyra.

Could you possibly outline the correct method for bringing an evildoer to justice? Is the loss of a hand or branding fitting punishment for brigands and monsters? As a priest of mercy and healing, is this too far? Would you heal these evildoers if they repented and lived according to the Dawnflower's teachings for a set period?

I'm looking to play a particularly ruthless zealot of Sarenrae, harsh and cruel as the desert, but ultimately fair. How do I stay in the goddesses favour? How far is too far in bringing evil men to the light?

Ah, Twigs. My apologies for not having the time to address your questions. Pursuing evil is not for the weak-willed. You must be strong in your faith of the Everlight, and in your resolve. You must always look to the potential that evildoers can repent, and that given a choice between good and death, good will be their choice.

Lopping off hands or burning their flesh is pointless. It only encourages spite and hatred. It is also NOT good. Also, do not "play" at being ANYTHING in the service of Sarenrae. Be serious. Be faithful. Be devoted. Show compassion. Show mercy. But be prepared to exact justice.

{I believe I can explain Twigs's comments. I come from a plane called Gaia, which has high levels of technology but almost no magic. Gaia's connection to the Spheres and other planes is fairly limited. Information can be exchanged, for instance through these forums, and some books have been written about the Spheres, but most people believe these books to be fictional. It's impossible, as far as I know, to travel between Gaia and the Spheres. However, some people from Gaia enjoy creating characters from other planes and playing role-playing games as them. One of the games, called Pathfinder, is set in the Spheres. I believe Twigs wanted advice on a character he wanted to use in Pathfinder, hence the references to games and the seemingly strange questions. By the way, anything I post that is within brackets, such as this comment, is me speaking from my own perspective. If something is not in brackets, I am speaking from the perspective of my character, an elven Sarenite cleric named Saidrenna. Hope that clears things up.}

Speaking of, what was your impression of the Vampiric Kyra from the Nightmare Realm?

I'm sure...

Good Morning, m'lady.

I know someone who came upon a cavern full of at least fifty Ghouls.
They didn't see him, so he briefly retreated. He rigged up a machine to flood the cavern with a fine mist of highly flammable oil. He then ignited the cloud with a flaming arrow. The detonation flash-fried all of the Ghouls. What do you think of his solution?

Rigged a machine? That he just happened to have nearby?

Either this was highly planned in advance, or divine intervention is real (hint: it is).

His solution, regardless of how it came to be, does sound quite effective. I would suggest he patent this "machine" and go into the ghoul extermination service.

That reminds me, I asked Merisiel about this, but never got your take. On a scale of 1-10, how awkward was it meeting Shensen when you, Merisiel, and the rest of the Hell's Rebels team rescued her?

Reaching Mythic status might make one more powerful, but it also makes one far more busy! Merisiel plays enough around here for the both of us.

He had a lot of spare parts.

Spoiler:
It was in Shadowrun. But the concept still applies.

Hello Kyra Sief al Kiraan I have been talking to Merisiel Sillvari as of lately and I have to ask could I ask you a few questions?
