What with all this nasty business going on up north at the Worldwound, and all the crazy that Varisia seems to get into on a weekly basis, between the two where would you rather have an adventure? Bonus: you can pick your teammates.

Has Lirianne made any comment about the outfit she got in Mythic Origins? The rather revealing, high-heeled dress that looks entirely impractical when compared to her normal getup? I mean she's far from the first Iconic to show a bit more skin after going Mythic (I was rather surprised that Seoni somehow found a way to wear even less than normal) but she strikes me as being way too practical to go into battle in just that.

Meri do you know why Seoni has those strange tattoes all over the place? Where she got them from? Or even what they mean?

Why thank you.Say hello to Harsk for me.

My sister would love to a fellow gunslinger to hang out with besides my father. And that witch, the only quite fond of fire.

She recently told me in a letter of how she more or less set a cannibalistic shaman and her pet monkey and the hut they were in on fire. With gunpowder and a fireball bead. Apparently the explosion catapulted her straight into the path of the tribe of cannibal's chieftain, somehow unscathed. Then she somehow managed to evade him and get back to her companions. Then she proceeded to turn a necromancer into two legged torch after he sicced what I believe she called walking bones.

Of course, this was months ago when she wound up shipwrecked on a merchant ship.I miss her but at least she's enjoying herself and ridding the world of unsavory types.Though I am still going to throttle her once she returns, she did runaway from home...

Ah! Who exactly is that odd gnome with the bone white hair and the malformed rooster? I've always found gnomes quite...odd but he's quite unusual.Any thoughts on him ?

And of course,I find that you have been wonderful company and enjoyable conversationalist.I only hope the other iconics are so!

That's Balazar. He comes up with the best nicknames.

I'm pretty sure that's someone cosplaying, kinda poorly, as her. She'd never wear that outfit or do her hair in that style.

They have to do with her traditions among the Varisians and sorcerers. It's kinda where her magic comes from. Or goes to. Or something. It's magic. They're cool though!

will you ever get tattoos like Seoni? (this is assuming you don't have any, though you could given you keep your arms and legs covered)

So I'm sitting here with a badly bruised and swollen finger, waiting for it to heal. (If anybody asks, I was injured saving a litter of kittens and a litter of puppies from the wreckage of a sinking ship. The ship was on fire. From the red dragon. I mean, dragons, multiple. Yeah. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.)

Anyway, it made me wonder. Merisiel, as somebody who undoubtedly encounters the occasional bruising and possibly a number of broken bones in the course of your career, when you drink healing potions or have Kyra heal you to fix broken bones and the like, does it hurt when the magic pushes the bone back into alignment and stuff? Or is it all numbed when it happens?

If you became a god in the pathfinder universe what would your....

1.Alignment be?
2.Portfolio be?
3.Holy(or Unholy) Symbol be?
4.Domains?
5.Subdomains?
6.Favored Weapon?

Have you or your compatriots ever found themselves in a Girdle of Opposite Gender? How awkward was it?

(Pathfinder Comic spoiler below)

Spoiler:
How do you feel about your relationship with Kyra being made very public in the pages of last week's Pathfinder comic? And how does Kyra feel about it?

Also, how many crude comments has Valeros made to date about it?

I already have some tattoos. They're not like Seoni's though.

OOH! You're a HERO!!!

And no... it kinda "unhurts" if that makes any sense?

I'm glad the cat's finally out of the bag, to be honest. I hope she feels the same way!

And Valeros hasn't been the troublemaker there... Lem's the one who's full of observations!

I can't help if they're both really cute when they blush.

Have you ever found a Harrow Deck of Many things? What were the results, if you drew from it?

We've recently heard reports there's some new adventuring types exploring Golarion. Lethal hunters, silent slayers, and raving bloodragers are just the tip of the iceberg. Of these new adventurers, which one are you most excited to be travelling with, and which one are you least excited? And, most importantly, will any of these new iconics be more bothersome than Alain?

You're just now hearing about them? We've had those folks here all along! Swashbucklers are the most fun though.

Do you have theater on Golarion?

If so, are there sometimes people poking fun at it with running commentary?

IF SO, have you ever found said commentary hilarious?

The Merisiel, milady, Rifftrax are for you. You should do this with the other iconics!

Yeah, it's weird how our world and yours works. We find out stuff about your world, and for us it's new, but for you it's just how things have always been. Kind of like how the only sentient race (that we know of!) on our world is humanity, compared to the dozens (hundreds?) on Golarion. How did you react when you found out it's just us over here?

Absolutely. Sandpoint has a lovely theater, in fact. One of my favorites. Can't hold a candle to the ones in Kintargo, of course.

There are some folks who poke fun... but I generally poke THEM and they shut right up.

Kinda felt sorry for you. Must be so BORING over on that side with no elves!

Have your companions ever riffed any of the plays? Somehow I can see Valeros and Lem doing that.

no elves, no magic, hell daggers are even outlawed pretty much everywhere, and the only place you can see a sword is a museum... Meri do you think this is hell?

That'd be rude. We eviscerate them over a pint at Cracktooth's Tavern after the play.

The Wasp Queens, ever had any dealings with them?

Not in my presence.

Nah. Sky's the wrong color.

strayshift wrote:

Nope.

Well to be correct you can see swords outside of museums here...heck there is a store in the mall by my house that sells them. You just can't walk around town with them...ask a friend of mine.

Meri, Do you have something similar to our malls in your world? Basically a Mall is a large group of stores crammed into one building. They are usually multiple floors and very over priced.

You can't walk around with swords where you live? Come to Alaska, you can walk around with just about any weapon up here!

Same in Arizona, so long as it's not concealed. I haven't looked into what the laws are here in Tenn yet.

We do. They're called marketplaces though!

That's probably why we try to alleviate our boredom with our world by reading about or pretending we're in yours :)

May I venture to suggest you may quite like them. Check them out.

We also don't have slavering trolls that want to eat us, dragons that lay waste to villages, or magic that can snuff out our life forces, turn us into toads or half a million other weird things.

So, yeah, it's kinda boring here. We do have David Bowie though. I think he counts as some sort of outsider.

Any plans for dealing with kaiju beyond stabbing them in the ankles (or ankle-equivalents) a frankly-ludicrous number of times? Or is that one of the times where you'd be willing to use high explosives?

Ever had a run-in with con-men at all? If so, any amusing anecdotes about it to share?

EDIT:

Have you ever come across a hellwasp swarm? I can't imagine that a follower of Calistria would enjoy that experience.

Do you think Lirianne and Valeros would make a great couple (In a romantic kind of way) or do you think they have thier eyes on someone else?

My current plan for dealing with them is to avoid them. Which is pretty easy, since they live on the opposite side of the world from where I normally hang out.

And yeah, I run into con artists all the time. Some of them are pretty good, and I make them teach me their tricks after I catch them in return for not stabbing them hard.

I have not. They're creeeeeeepy. Do not want.
