I was hoping for a serious response, but what you responded with was quite funny, so thank you. As if you weren't already my favorite Iconic(love rogues and hot chicks with white hair), you just gained uber points.

However, you didn't answer my question about if making all bats and were-bats that come near you was a nice present. To make it a bit more practical, as soon as the come with 100ft of you, they go poof.

Nothing. Don't care what those optimizers think about me. I'm better than them anyway, so it doesn't matter.

My normal armor. Maybe a plume. Maybe JUST a plume.

Nope. Who's that?

Ummmm... there's no way for me to answer that without breaking hearts, so I won't.

Ummm... that WAS a serious response! Also, it was a big post and I didn't have time to reply to everything one at a time. Got distracted by something or other.

Things go poof when they teleport away or go invisible too. I don't trust werebats that go poof.

This is more of a question for Kyra(I'll ask her as soon as I get done asking you) and I understand that but I wanted your feed back as well.

What feats should a Cleric 10/Holy Vindicator 5 have? What about spells? If you were to travel with one what ability/feat/spell would you say they must have to be included in your party? I've never made anything this level before so I'm a little nervous about my ability to miss something big.

Such a cleric should have a lot of spells and feats that help her heal me better. Might wanna think about dumping those holy vindicator levels so you can get more straight-up cleric powers by staying single classed.

Carrying on from one of my previous questions, what would be your ideal armor, and magical items, given unlimited funds?

I'd ask more but my cats are staring at me strangely. This generally bodes ill.

elixir of luuuuuuuurve

I'm nodding as I go down the list, going "Yeah, I can see that ... then I get to the end, and I start wondering how Kyra feels about this .... and how good your Sleight of Hand is and does she let you anywhere near her tankard(s)?

I see you have winged boots on your list. I like those as well, in fact my Minotaur fighter/barbarian has a pair. I can't help but laugh every time I think about him flying through the air though...

Have you ever been in a party with a Minotaur?

What is the most exotic/strange race you've ever adventured with?

Are you sometimes embarrassed with your lack of intelligence? I mean you are a rogue its kind of necessary? I see you want the +6 headband which should help...and it has the bonus of making you even more alluring.

Do you ever get tired of us stalk...I mean asking you questions?

How much gold would it take to convince you to wear only a plume in your next pin-up picture?

Could you ship me a copy of said picture when its taken? I want to put it above my bed, that way my cat can't destroy it.

If you could have any type of pet what would it be?

Do you think I ask to many questions?

mathpro18 wrote:

No; I've fought minotaurs before, but since they're flesh-eating monsters, they don't belong in adventuring parties. Except when they're being stabbed and then looted.

mathpro18 wrote:

A tengu.

mathpro18 wrote:

Nope. Are you sometimes embarrassed by your lack of tact and low charisma?

mathpro18 wrote:

As of the previous question... yup!

Uh, re-reading your list of desired items .... how the heck are you going to wear a Breastplate?

Hypothetical Question Time!

You have an Elixir of Luuuuuuuurve and Kyra is slightly tipsy. You see an opportunity to spike her tankard with the Elixir. What do you do?

Why so much hate for us Half-Orcs? We're alright people, just get a lot of dirt shovelled onto us from both sides of the fence. Hug a Half-Orc, get a friend for life!

There is a small child and a pile of loot on two outcrops of rock over a lake of lava, and both outcrops are about to give way, and you'll only have time to save one. Which do you choose?

Also, have a look at this cute little creature!

Dark Archive

your going to be killed...

Gern Blacktusk wrote:

A mithral breastplate has only a –1 penalty. I can suck that up no problem. Either that, or just take a feat to gain proficiency. Easy. And if not, just switch that breastplate to a mithral shirt.

Gern Blacktusk wrote:

I sure wouldn't broadcast my plans in a public place like this!

I don't hate half-orcs. But all the half-orcs I've met have made it easy to hate them on a single person basis.

Gern Blacktusk wrote:

*falls over, bleeding copiously* I .... regret .... nothing!

While I'm lying here making my constitution check to stabilize, if bats are the source of your greatest terror, is there an animal or creature on the other end of the spectrum, one that you'd crawl over hot coals to give a hug?

Also still trying to understand how a T-Rex stabbed me with those puny little arms ... ack I failed the check! *bleeds out some more*

T-Rex? Must have been your evil making you hallucinate!

Think I'm going to lie here for a while, feeling kinda cold ....

And I'm not Evil, I'm Chaotic.

Also I think that was actually a Half-Fiend, not a Were-Bat, but I can't read Tian-ese. Bah.

My question about your anti-Bat still stands, and I hope you'll forgive me and answer it.

Liberty's Edge

There is an alarming number of people that are trying to pry any little detail about Merisiel and Kyra together ... why again? (Not a real question ...)

(Now for real questions)

If you've ever traveled with Seltyiel, is he any fun at all to be around? He's the coolest looking guy on the roster but the lawful evil, "I'm out for vengence," shtick seems like it might get old ...

I actually rather dig the design of your core rapier. Where did you get it?

You're going to a costume ball, what do you go as? (And a "coat checker" to steal people's stuff doesn't count)

If a little blonde girl in a red cloak stated "what big eyes you have" ... would you be offended?

What cycle of the moon is your favorite?

Dark Archive

is Valeros popular with any of the iconics?

Yes.

From some less-good-than-me swashbuckler.

A dryad.

Nah.

New moon. Easier to hide, plus fewer werebats.

I don't really know her yet, but she's actually pretty polite and even-tempered and doesn't seem TOO mean... so, nope!

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Do think this is an accurate illustration of the great Meresiel bravely fighting a Werebat?

HA! As much as I'd like to think I'd look more bad-ass in that situation... that's probably pretty close to the way it'd really pan out.

I was hoping you could settle an argument. How much math do you use in your everyday adventuring? And do any of your other iconic friends seem to have a more developed grasp of it?

Random questions:

Do you believe in the 'no win' situration?

Is there anything (ideal, person, etc) that you would sacrifice your own life for?

What are your thoughts on honor? What about honor among thieves?

Have you ever been on a adventure and threw your arms up and left in frustration?

Does any of your adventuring companions complain when sneak around, or lie to people, or steal things all in the name of completeing the adventure? If so how do you deal with that?

When you are in between adventures do you spend time with any of your adventuring companions? Which ones have you convinced to go out on the town with you? Any surprises there?

I noticed something about the icons...7 of them have white hair...is white hair common on Golarion? Also I notice a lack of red hairs among the iconics...is red hair color rare?

Traveling with druids, rangers, etc, you have probably seen your share of animal companions...which one was your favorite? Which one did you least liked?

Would accept a reincarnate spell to bring you back...or is being a elf very important to you?

Which do you rely on more...skill or luck? Or do you believe that those who are skilled creat their own luck?

Hey, Meri, I've found this cool new bag that keeps eating things. Wanna go help me make Alain put his coin-purse into it?

John Kretzer wrote:

Every time she's tried to get 'friendly' with Kyra for one.

Quote:

She relies on me to make her luck and skill better, of course.

Do you have any good elven remedies for a sinus infection? Well it started as strep throat and then turned into a sinus infection. What about for a 103 degree fever?

Whats normal body temperature for an elf?

Would you like a pet cat? He's rather friendly he just gets to be a pain when he hasn't been fed in 26 hours...

mathpro18 wrote:

None. Math is for beardos like Ezren.

Yes.

Yes.
No such thing as honor. It's just something your enemies use against you.
Yes.
Yes. I ignore them, or point out the fact that I got results while their whining did not.
Sometimes, and that depends on what you mean by surprises. I guess the fact that I've gone out on the town with Seelah a few times would count.
Technically, Seoni and Lem have blonde hair. Well... Lem has blond hair, and Seoni has blonde hair, but you get the point. White hair is about as equally common as red hair, in any case; you can almost argue that Harsk has red hair.
Lini's snow leopard is the best, and Seoni's skink is cute. My least favorite is Alain's horse. That thing is a nag.
Risk coming back as a dwarf? I'd rather stay dead.
Skill, but I won't kick luck out of bed.

Urban is the best. But dungeons are a close second.

I think the only way to determine this is by touching...and to be accurate and to determine we will have to touch Merisiel all over.

So Merisiel will you volunteer for this test to determine the answear of this?

*Staggers back into the channel in a hospital gown, with an IV-Drip and stand in one hand* Apologies if I offended, was intended as a joke, and not a cruel dig at your phobia. Please do not stab me again, I'm down to my last kidney and I'm kinda attached to this one!

Which of the following monsters is more frightening to you? A Rust Monster with a burning lust for your beloved rapier, or a mutant Gelatinous Cube that only devours clothes and armor?

Given the choice to have a template bestowed upon you, what would you choose? Celestial, Fiendish, Half-Dragon or other?

What would be your ideal day off, assuming nothing went wrong and the other Iconics stayed away and/or behaved.

Do you really have a tattoo of a Wasp?

Which Iconic is the scariest when angry?
