Depends which one it is, and how long it's been since I've upgraded via shopping or looting or treasure discovery. I don't have a weird emotional attachment to any one particular rapier. I don't have this whole "this was my mother's sword and has been in my family for generations" because I don't know who my mother was or anything like that. My current rapier is my favorite weapon, because it's the one I'm best at stabbing with and the one I look best stabbing with, but what rapier it is depends on the current point in my timeline that I'm out getting into shenanigans.

The way I understand it, she can still get incredibly angry, but not so much at herself anymore.
You should visit her. Just do not try to steal from the sovereign. I hear the ruling group has no sense of humour about such things and you wouldn't actually try to really embarrass her in front of her new band of fire forged friends.
EDIT: In fact, I think her rage as a weapon is more powerful and focused than ever before.

Same as any other tavern shenanigan involving Amiri. Someone picked a fight they shouldn't have and things got complicated fast.

Far too many things to choose from, so I'll mention the first that comes to mind:
The time when he thought he was drinking beer but it was Norah's hagfish slime, and he was too drunk to realize it and kept complaining that his face had gone weak and he couldn't swallow the beer because someone had poisoned him but he kept trying to drink and the slime just got all over him and then he slipped and puked slime and fish chowder all over the floor and Harsk's pet badger jumped down there and started eating it and that freaked Harsk out and when he tried to grab the badger up he slipped and fell into it as well and Valeros got all angry that Harsk was "robbing his chowder" and Seoni was laughing too hard to do anything about it and I was maybe the one who swapped out Valeros's big mug of beer for a big mug of hagfish slime.

Have you ever managed to get Kyra at least a little drunk and relaxed enough to finally let her hair down, so to speak? She looks like she's got a lot on her mind, all the time... she needs to find a way to burn some of that off, you know?
Yup. Many times. Doesn't always need her to be drunk either. Usually not. Just private relaxation time is typically enough for her to unwind. Or me, for that matter.
