Are feats reflected in monster stats

Rules Questions

This may sound like a silly question, but I come from AD&D 1st edition background where there are no feats, so I wanted to clarify.

The Ogre in the Bestiary has a +3 Will save in the stats. Further down I see that it has the iron will feat, which gives a +2 to will saves. Is this +2 already calculated into the +3 stat or do I add it, giving +5 if say my cleric wants to cast a sleep spell at it.

So in general to all bonuses from stats, feats or whatever get included in basic monster stats in the Bestiary?

Yes they are automatically added into the statblock, but keep in mind things like improved iron will that let them reroll a save will not otherwise be given special note.

Yes, feats are usually included in the stats, especially if they grant a flat bonus you don't have to activate or anything.

In your case, the ogre's will save of +3 already reflects the iron will feat.

Feats that aren't automatically included are those that are too situational, like power attack (which increases damage but carries an attack penalty, and must be consciously used instead of being "always on").

wow, thanks for the super-fast answers! I suspected as such, but I wanted to make sure - thanks again, that clears up a lot!

In some cases activated feats a la Power Attack are included as well, but in those cases it's generally called out. Not sure Pathfinder does it, but I know I've seen 3.5e statblocks saying things like "2 slams +10 (1d10+10) (includes 5 points of Power Attack)"

I don't think Pathfinder does it. Power Attack isn't variably any more, anyway. You either use it or you don't.

I think I've seen Pathfinder monsters that just say that the (flat) power attack was included in the above attacks, but I can't think of what they were off hand. I could be wrong.

That is usually done in adventure statblocks, but not in the basic Bestiary/Monster Manual statblocks.
