Let's say i have a light mithril shield (not spiked not anything).
1)If i shield bash with that shield a creature that has DR/silver do i punch through the DR or not?
2)Can i make this shield a +1light mithril shield for attacking (by paying the weapon enhancement cost) or it has to be spiked to do so?

Never mind the second question, i found the answer in the light shield and spiked shield entry. I can make the shield a magic weapon on it's own right.
