I've been looking around and haven't found anything about a Society anywhere here on Cape Cod. Events within 50 miles of my zip code come up empty in the Event Search, and we have no gaming stores down here so I can't inquire there so I decided I'd turn to the forums loking for advice on either ...
A. Finding a PFS on this gamer forsaken peninsula...
or
B. Starting a PFS Organization down this way.
Any advice, thoughts, or comments would be highly welcome. Thanks.

I know that there are players from The Tape on the boards, not sure if they play PFS or just general pathfinder though. CapeCodRPGer and one or two others I've seen mention living on The Cape...

Hey, I'm here on the Cape. 2013, a little late. I play the Pathfinder Card game, and I mostly enjoy cooperative roleplaying board games and dungeon crawls. I don't play any traditional roleplaying like Pathfinder or other D&D.
Stinks we don't have any good game shops around.
I play:
Descent 2nd Ed.
Defenders of the Realm
Mage Knight Board Game
Runebound
Pathfinder Adv. Card Game
Let me know if you're interested. PACG, is fantastic.

I don't know if this is still a relevant thread but I have recently become much more able to attend gaming events. I am possibly interested in getting something started on Cape Cod, or the Wareham/Plymouth/ South Shore area. I'm also more than happy to join any established groups in the area
You might want to check out Boston PFS and contact the local Venture Captain.

Thanks, William! :)
Patrick, we don't have any formal presence on the Cape for face-to-face games, right now. As Earl mentioned in his post from a few years back, there are players in your area participating in play-by-post and virtual-table-top PFS games.
Your post mentions wanting to start something in your area. Please feel free to contact me via email if you would like to discuss further. :D
I look forward to gaming with you.

I appreciate the info. I am currently embroiled in five different PbPs. I was more interested in a f2f table experience. Out of curiosity, is there somewhere in Boston that does anything on Tuesday and Thursday? I am attending classes at Suffolk those days
Yes! We game every-other-Thursday at Comicazi in Davis Square. You can reserve a seat at our games by signing up on Warhorn.
We also occasionally have games at The Garage on Tuesdays, but that's not a regular occurence. When they happen; they're also posted on Warhorn.
There are regular PFS sessions in Rhode Island. Die Hard Games has PFS on Thursdays. (If your Thursday schedule ever changes.) Die Hard Games' schedule is listed in the same Warhorn event as ours.
In fact, you can check out PFS schedules for about 16 different venues in MA and RI from the link I posted above. :-)

Patrick, it might also be good to see if there are local shops that might be interested in Pathfinder. Here in Northwest Indiana, I am working with two shops - one of which did not have PFS before I volunteered to run. So, are there good venues near you that might work, such as a hobby shop or comic shop?

There is now also a last minute game addition at The Garage (in Harvard Square) this coming Tuesday at 6pm, if that works for you. If so, you can sign up here. If not, hopefully you're able to make it to Pandemonium and game with us soon! :)
