Compilation Books

Pathfinder Player Companion

Liberty's Edge

With Elves of Golarion down to less than 100 copies, it seems like a good times to request compilation books.

We have all of these great 36 page Race books, will there come a time where they are compiled for a reprint?

Similar question for the country books, and the articles in the Adventure Paths. Particularly the articles, since I can't easily share those with my players, even if it is the fascinating article about their specific deity that would add tons of flavor.

I understand the Campaign setting books get more detailed, but if there were a way to get all of the 36 page books in a specific category in some kind of single book you can have on your book shelf, that would be something I would buy.

I think it's likely that much of the still-relevant information from these books will find their way into future products. Stright-up compilations are tricky, though, since they're—by necessity—relatively expensive books that generally would appeal to much of our audience (because they already own the parts within). That's not to say there's no chance—just that they'll be considered very carefully.

While it is true many players may already have parts of a compilation book. There is also a growing number of players who are new to Golarion/pathfinder (yours truly for example) and would love to see the older material compiled. Also speaking as a GM, I would love a single easy to reference source for information such as the race books. (any one who has played RIFTS can tell you how much of a pain it can be sometimes to have to reference 15+ books to run a game).
