Despite my memorization of the Wehrmacht Order of Battle or my past trips to Germany, I can barley understand 1/7th of this video about Lego's Heroica.
I know its a new game, with four smaller games that can be linked to create a larger game .. but that's it.
Patrick, Stebehil, or possibly Gorbacz or even Dragonmoon care to take a stab?

Well, the video freezes 30 seconds before it ends and won't resume, but the explanation seems to be done at that point.
The woman who presents the game doesn't do so very well, and she really seems to think that the concept of the game originates from video games, but I tried to more or less literaly translate the whole thing. For the lenghth of the post I put it in a spoiler.
It is inspired by videogames
Imagina Heroica as a mysterious world and with every box you can buy one region of this world.
This for example is the fortress of Fortan
What is special about this game is, that you don’t just play the red, green or yellow player, but you play a character. With strengths and weaknesses.
The game is about collecting gold to buy weapons, you fight monsters, you can buy magic potions, or collect them, so you can upgrade your character, so you can again fight different monsters, you must collect keys to pass secret doors and thus it is inspired by videogames, so what you get from normal videogames, LEGO brings to the table.
Another feature of Heroica is that you can combine all the regions. So, every box contains a single game, like the fortress of Fortane here, but you also see the whole country of heroic in the box, like they build over there. It would look that way if you combine all four games. So like you can go from level to level in a videogame you could go from region to region to fight superevil powers. And, with your backpack, we call it thus in this game, go to the next level, with the weapons you collected, your potions and so forth.
That is the concept in brief.
