At that distance, it means the gunslinger is all alone...a flying charge or a teleport from a dragon, followed by a quickened breath weapon attack will roast the poor gunslinger. Well, that'd happen in my campaigns, at least ;)

That was about Advance Weapons.

+1 to Hit with Magic gun
-8 to hit for 5 range (20 foot range for pistols). = Touch AC attack up to 100 feet.
To Hit Touch AC 5 for ancient adult dragon.
-4 to hit if you do not have the exotic weapon proficiency. (To pick up a gun in town for a 16th level cleric, or druid, or wizard, or Bard :)
(-8 + -4) = -12 to hit. AC 5 + 12 (-1 ac to hit with magic gun) = AC 16 to hit a Ancient Red Dragon vs the Dragon normal AC 38.
What 15th level character (regardless of class) would not carry around an extra +1 magic Advanced Revolver (6 shot), just to be able to better hit a Dragon, Demon, Huge size or larger creature. As a back up weapon.
