Arcane Blast is one of the first feats in the APG, it is not listed as Spell-like or Supernatural.

Hmmm...I don't know. Is there a particular reason it needs to be Sp or Su? Could it be something else? Or nothing at all? I wonder if there is a default setting for abilities that come from feats.
If I had to choose between Sp and Su, I would say Su because I think Sp is usually an actual spell. Like what a Gnome gets (dancing lights, ghost sound, prestidigitation, speak with animals) or magic talents for a Rogue. They are actual spells but can be cast without components or having a spellcasting class. But I am certainly no expert.

Feats themselves are extraordinary, but if that means that this is extraordinary, then it would work in an antimagic field. Su or Sp would determine how it interacts with other magic.

Ah, that is good to know about feats.
And maybe this is just a way to get some use out of spell slots while inside an antimagic field?

I find that VERY unlikely.
It's Su

I find that VERY unlikely [that it is Ex].
It's Su
I read a game designer comment on it a long time ago. If memory serves, he seemed to support the idea that it was (or should be) supernatural, since it's based off of the arcane fire ability of the archmage prestige class in v3.5.
Even if my memory is correct on this, however, it was a passing comment made in an unofficial, non-ruling manner so take it with a grain of salt.

There is nothing stating it as Ex, Sp, or SU?
But Feats are listed as being Ex. Correct?
Then until it is stated otherwise in an "official" manner it is an extraordinary ability. Strictly RAW speaking.
If this is not to your liking then House rule it the way you wish.
As an aside but related question.
Are there any Feats that are noted to be other than Ex in their descriptions? That can go a ways towards determining RAI.
