Surprised that nobody mentioned Spell Sage Wizard -- once (1st level), twice (8th level), or 3 times (16th level) per day, you can boost your caster level by 4. This can actually be really good to use in combination with the Spell Sage Wizard's other ability, to (inefficiently) cast a Bard, Cleric, or Druid spell, if you need to make a really high caster level check to be able to remove some bad status (although note that this takes long enough that you better not need to do it in combat).
I know it seems obvious but I don't see it written. Arcanist arcane reservoir and arcanist potent magic both boost CL...

Nan but seriously thanks, demons are riding my ass even with crusading magic and +1 CL in age of worms, this will help me land more important spells.
The dwarven stonesinger alternate racial trait gives you +1 cl to spells with the earth descriptor or all elemental spells for an earth elemental sorcerer.
