There are several thread around here with some suggestions.
Basically remove the -2 wis for warforged, remove the cha penalty for shifters and change the shifting duration to be like barbarian rage, and give changelings +2 cha

I've got a pdf that re-writes all 4 races, has some Artificer changes and the Psionic Sorcerer Bloodline from the Pathfinder Database (for convenience's sake, my Kalashtar reference it). Next thing I'm going to look into is the Dragonmarks as I really liked how they were presented in 4e, so I want to see what I can do to make them more appealing.

I haven't decided if I'm going to create any new ones to fill in gaps, or just shuffle the Core & APG ones around to suit the Eberron deities. Right now as I'm working on it, the big one I'm fumbling on is Kol Korran, as only Charm, Trade, and Travel seem to suit him. Any suggestions?

Charm, Travel, and Community are what I settled on for Kol Korran.

My deity/domain pdf is done now too, for those interested. It's just a revision of the Deity/Alignment/Domains/Favored Weapon chart, using the domains in the Core & APG books.
In case you haven't noticed by now, but my goal in these conversions is to use 99% of what is there without having to make new stuff.

For what it's worth, regardless of the age of the thread, feel free to email me, I don't plan on getting rid of my rules, so I'll always have them to send out to interested parties.

So I've recently got back to work on my conversions and I've decided rather than convert the Artificer class (which feels a little clumsy to me), I am going to make it an Archetype for the Alchemist class.
Here's what I'm thinking and I could use some suggestions:
- drop all poison related abilities
- lose Mutagen
- gain Craft feats
- gain ... ?
Not sure what else to give them. Part of what I like is that the Alchemist's Extracts could fairly easily be re-fluffed to be miniature devices.
Another thing I'm stuck on is the Dragonmarks. First of all, I have a list of what spell to assign for each mark at each tier, but I was thinking of making the Least mark be a Trait rather than a feat, and maybe have the Lesser/Greater ones be feats. Secondly, I'd rather not limit the uses to just x/day, but I can't decide on a balanced alternative.
The races will be getting an overhaul once the Advanced Races Guide is released.
Lastly, I want to playtest the Words of Power rules to see if they'd make a good alternative to psionics. I want them to have a unique feel without needing a whole new spell/power list.
