Library's closing soon. Goodnight, everyone.

Naked through the stacks?!

That reminds me of the book The Timetraveler's Wife!

But it's not that guy's wife's birthday, it's my wife's birthday!

Also, for the curious/confused:
The hotness (her account)
The hotness returns (her alias)

She gained the latter for my thread when people were making "Cunning Planimal" aliases and someone (I think tgtg? How is he doing, I wonder!) kept referring to her as the lioness.

Uh... maybe Pan? No, wait, he was Planpanther. Or TGTG? No, he was Strategy Tiger...

Around here is where we were discussing members and origins. I know Rantraptor joined in after that, and there might be a few more...

(There might be something more to it than that, but I can't find any other posts - not even your most recent one that I'm quoting - with the Paizo search function. Between this and the failed zygomind search check, I think there might be something off with the forums' search function recently.)

Grumble grumble, too early to work, grumble grumble.

2 people marked this as a favorite.

Oh, you think the early is your enemy, you merely adopted the morning. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding! The morning betrays you, because it belongs to me.

I used to be a baker, and landscape foreman, it's just with being a stay at home dad for the last four years, i've become accustomed to a certain rock n roll lifestyle. :-)

You know, I've heard that rock stars are often asked to help people find Hot Wheels in the back of toy stores.

There is actually a surprising number of musicians from local bands that work there.

So you're not that far off. :-)

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Oh! Company! Did you bring any fish heads!

1 person marked this as a favorite.

So apparently planpanther was already taken. This is like my third choice.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Pan is Planpanther.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

*checks pockets*

Nope, no fish heads. Just snake hips and chicken lips.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Exactly how many people have a play on t-lion's name alias?

1 person marked this as a favorite.

I didn't mean just of your alias's captain.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Oh, well then, forty six.

I think I figured out why they need an extra person to crush these guys work in the morning, an hour in and they're already taking a break.

I say implement beatings until morale improves.

Now they're talking s##@ about the British (and the guy who played Finn in The Force Awakens).

I prefer to damage them internally.

If you beat them properly, they well have internal damage.

I suggest a sack of oranges.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Why do you want to beat a sack of oranges? I can understand pummeling some plums, or punching some peaches. I can even get behind knocking around some nectarines. But oranges? What's wrong with oranges?

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Da boss was gonna answer you'n but then he decided he should go un' git someone who could s'plain it on you level. whatever that means.

YA go un' fill a cloth sack full o oranges and then you go un' hit someone u don't like with it and it's suppose to bruise em less.

Hey. You gots some pretty nice aliases, there. Be a shame if something happened to them, get me? Maybe I could help you, ah, keep those aliases nice and new, huh? Of course, if I do this favor for you, ah, let's call it a gratuity, would be greatly appreciated. So, what do yous say?

1 person marked this as a favorite.

I'm on a bit of a break from the Paizo boards for another week or so, but I won a thing - and since my offline friends and family are all depressingly uninterested in SFF literature I figured I'd ask if anyone here would like a 13-episode serial?

If so, PM me here (first come, first served) and I'll find out what you need to do beyond creating an account over at https://www.serialbox.com/.
