One of my cats got left in the rain this morning. Once she got inside, she curled up, soaking wet, on my pillow.

She knows EXACTLY whose fault the rain was.

Just bored at work.

All work and no play make Captain Yesterday go something something.

Morning FaWtLanteans. I hope everyone is good today, and has a lovely day ahead. Wet and windy today, really wakes you up in the morning. :) Busy enough at work, tax time hereabouts, but better busy than quiet, that's what I say.

So many new messages. Hope nobody was worried! I have just been busy with my last two weeks of work.

I just hope I find some way to keep myself able to pay the rent after this job ends...

As long as you stretch them out they should fit, worked for me, and it's united the neighborhood into a nice unruly mob camped out in my front yard.

My fallout 4 finished downloading, but today is a 14-hour workday, so no playing yet.

However, we do have 4-8" of snow forecast for tonight. Yay!

So being on steroids has reduced the inflammation in my throat and nose to the point I can actually breathe through my nose all night. So the CPAP works well and I sleep for hours straight. It is very weird, and I'm more tired than ever.

I have been neglecting sleep a bit lately due to keeping up with an online D&D campaign that has been going on for two years. It just has recently picked up the pace, and has been worth every minute.

Put a Cheetah print on there somewhere or some bedazzles and you'll become a nigh unstoppable god of trailer parks everywhere.

Bedazzle some camouflage with cheetah print: you've basically supplied all the trailer parks!

Though suddenly, I'm required by law to wonder: how do you button the things on the adult versions?

... heck, how do the adult versions function at all?

EDIT: dang it, man, you made me Google all over the place!

This is what I was envisioning.

This seems to be what you're describing. Well, made of denim.

Dang it. My social awkwardness by clothing choices must be indefinitely delayed. I was so close to embarrassing my kids... later... when they're more grown up!

:/

Good news - Fallout 4 and the game guide just arrived at Mom's house.

Bed news - Mom is having a bad day and not feeling well. I will be going over there and spending an hour or so with her to try to cheer her up and hopefully help her out.

~sighs~ Cancer sucks. I swear that chemotherapy is not fun. It beats cancer, but not by much. ~sighs again~ I hope that she does not have to go through this again. Three times is enough.

For a certainty.

Here's hoping mom is okay. The game will wait a bit.

True. I will also be bringing my 80 pound little teeny tiny puppy with me to cheer her up. Bull-dozer does that. He is such a sweet dog... for an attention whore.

Steam Games is having a midweek madness sale. Borderlands 2 is on sale and it is totally worth picking up, if only for Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep. XCOM 1 is also on sale and totally worth picking up too.
