Probably just a hiccup in the space-time continuum caused by some other-dimensional horror leaking through into our reality.

Happens to me all the time.

Grrr - I hate it when I try to post a great joke, then Paizo takes too long to respond and times out. Now the moment has passed, my post is gone and I'm sad. And I just realized that I forgot to reinstall lazurus to assist in recalling lost posts. It could be worse, I could have found my oversight after a PBP post.

Hmmm and I had the board completely time out on me while previewing a post just a few minutes ago. Could this thread finally be straining the PMG's new code?

That would be FAWESOME!

A seven nap of Darkness, then I rise and enter a theater only to be draped into darkness for 3 hours again.

Will I ever see the sun?

So are we all calling Solnes ma'am this morning? And are you only supposed to call someone older than you ma'am? ;)

Also 10 skaters is definitely not enough for a hockey game. We need to stop losing players to off ice injuries.

How has no one favorited on the Paizo Roll Call thread where I said JJ is one of favorite top 100 Paizo employees?

Great album "Ghost in the Machine" Syncronicity was good but I like some of their earlier work better.

You should just shave your back on the weekends, so you can fix problems like that right away.

I only get called "sir" when I'm in a suit. It's amazing how wearing a suit makes people think I'm important. Even people in retail settings suddenly become polite and deferential when you're in full business attire.

We could always switch out the apostrophe with a d, but that would presume a whole different profession on how you got your bills paid. ;-)

Speaking of The Police. I can't hear "Every breath you take" with out thinking of this mid-80's horror movie Cats Eye - Quitters, Inc episode the song starts around 1:45.

As someone who prefers older women, this isn't a bad thing. He is probably quite taken you.

I went in Wed, got my stuffs, went to pay. Kid is all smiles, rings me up, and then.. He... He..

Ugh, this whole gonna be 30 in Aug thing is starting to really get to me. :(

Maybe it's my carribean background, but I never had a problem with being called sir, even in my teens and 20s. I actually insisted upon it. Calling me Mr. (insert last name here) I had an issue with, as my father is still very much alive and the head of the family.

Sorry to hear that. The first time one of the 20 somethings here at work called me Sir I nearly freaked out. If it makes you feel any better, I'll be 40 in May.

Of course, you going in there once or twice a day after pulling out a mini-trampoline to jump on while you are pumping the gas has nothing to do with his smiles... ;P

Just shows the boy was raised right. We'll be lucky if anybody under 30 calls anybody Ma'am in this disintegrating culture in the next decade, outside of period pieces.

who was it that first complained about this? Heironious back in the 4th century?

I'm with you on that Freehold; the first time someone called me sir I was all, "Finally, respect; gotta get me more of that!"

Isn't that a lot of trips to the gas station? Hehe

Maybe it's just a Freudian slip? Mam is just short for mammories?

I fully approve of this. It reminds me of the Malcolm in the middle episode where Francis became a mouse hunter and made a rather boss outfit out of mouse hide/pelt.
