Hey guys, the family i told you about that lost the husband / stepdad suddenly to a heart attack lost their mother in law / grandmother just last week. And I found out the older sister, who had kidney cancer and surgery a year ago just found out on her follow up visit that there are two more spots on her lungs today. That's a lot to take in for anyone. :( Thoughts and prayers for her would be greatly appreciated.

When I was at Uni my mates and I saw this so bad it was good, Hong Kong kung fu zombie vamipre movie called Mr Vampire..... Cut to Thursday I see it in a DVD shop in China Town - The packaging loudly proclaims 8 Mr Vampire movies in one box..... My brain whirls 8 movies that are full of bad Kung Fu vampire zombie cheesy goodness.... For $13 I am in ...... Last night after a great session of Curse of the Crimson Throne, I am still wide awake so I put the DVD in only to discover it's the wrong region...
I tested it on the laptop this morning ..... I can watch it there.
Sounds so bad it will be great - pity you can't watch it on the larger screen.
It was a good session, I'm glad we decided to stick around to do that prison break fight, even if it meant a late night ... I came home to a pile of dishes to wash and an early start in the morning taking the car for service. Tired now.

Anyone of my FAWTLy fellows ever play Demon's Souls?You can ask the broken controller I threw away because of that game. ;)
That's about the way I'm beginning to feel about it. I am trying to like this game, neat premise, decent graphics, and cool combat... but I have yet to level up, and I can't get even half way through the first level.
I don't mind difficulty, but this is insane.
Another weekend of Kingmaker with Jess, Wolfthulhu and crew. The cool weather this past week has made walking Duke a bit chilly but a nice change of pace from 100+ degree weather during the summer.
Off to take a test. Was up until three last night studying. Here's hoping it was worth the lack of sleep.

Took two hours to take the blasted thing. Partial credit is a good thing, at least on these. The questions are so convoluted that it's almost impossible. And then there was the one that had me totally baffled. I mean, I studied this and did practice problems....and he still managed to find a corner case that didn't match any of the examples. Oh well. On to studying for finals. : )
