My favourite anime (that haven't been called out yet):

Baccano! The English dub is amazing, and the nonlinear method of narrative is cool as well. Don't care much for the last 3 episodes, though.
Desert Punk The main character is absolutely over the top perverted and terrible, but I love what it does in the second half of its run. I could explain more, but that'd go into spoiler territory. The gist of this is: Batman in a post-apocalyptic world, with an awful and eternally unlucky main character.
Soul Eater The second half of the series loses a lot of its strength when the manga runs out, but still pretty cool.
Star Driver A show that thinks it's way smarter than it actually is, and disappears up its own a%%!*!~ in pretentiousness, but still very fun to watch.
Ouran High School Host Club I did not know an anime with such a silly premise could kick me in the feels, but when it needs to, it manages to do so, and it's amazing.

I've watched Made in Abyss, and while it was pretty cool, it didn't click with me as much as others, it seems. Princess Tutu is pretty cool, but I wish it was a little darker. There's an interesting story there, but it never really got there for me.

The whole family really enjoyed Soul Eater. Considering some of the other questionable choices on the "top 100" list, I was surprised it wasn't there...

Yeah, I did not enjoy Soul Eater.

Ouran Highschool Host Club, though, was really good!

Why are my posts goooooooooooooooooooooooone. I'm literally staring at a blank paaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaage.

You see, I go for body combat at 7.30 am in the morning. The registration has always been write your name on the list, go in. So today I went there, the counter girl said I needed to show the confirmation email.

Me: WTH? No one’s ever asked me for that before. *fiddles around massively on phone trying to sign up on the spot online*

Just when I thought I got it all settled, then it shows that because of a technical error, my booking is not accepted. And class starts in 3 min. So I gave up on actually signing up, and just walked into the class without signing up, leaving my identity card with the counter girl.

The problem after body combat class : No towel (since I didn’t sign up)

So I walk over to the counter girl, tell her, sorry I left my IC with you earlier. Then show her my corporate card.

Me: I have a corporate membership. I’m here to work out (I’m basically lying through my teeth since I’ve already worked out, it’s just an excuse to get towels). *shows necessary card*

*Gets towel from counter girl and goes to take her bath*

And I’ve just checked on the Health Promotion Board website that the body combat class is full for the next month. I ain’t going to be camping the site at midnight or something stoopid just to book, so I’ll just claim I’m there to work out, show my corporate card, then walk into the class.

Muahahahahah!

Welcome to the Dark Purple Side!

Brie is lighter and milder, yet has the nice milky taste. Camembert, though it is a nice cheese, is stronger tasting, so to me brie >Camembert

Camembert is too creamy so I can't take that much of it.

The stronger taste of Camembert is its advantage to me. Brie is milder and less pronounced. Both are good when they are good.

We finally got power around 2:15 (after staying in a third hotel last night).
Which is good, because I had a trunk full of groceries that I had purchased on the faith that it really would get done today, and I had NOT cancelled the dinner with the pastor of our new church and his family that we had scheduled a month ago.
I figured, if all else failed, I'd grill the vegetables for the pasta sauce and use the side burner for the propane grill (or even our camp stove) to boil the noodles and cook the meatballs, and I could bake the focaccia on the grill if I needed to. And I bought candles at Walmart.
So, since I made contingency plans, everything worked out.
Actually, I may use the grill for the veggies and the focaccia anyway.

There's this stupid background picture on my phone on the paizo site. Also I woke up at like 5 am this morning feeling too cold, with sniffles. And maybe because some residue of undone stuff and also the feeling of guilt of not getting exercise today (meeting ex boss for lunch and BF for movie after work). Ironed my aunts 9 blouses, now headed to the gym, hopefully I can run off my sniffles.

With seven billion and counting, even if every person reading this abandoned their children instantly, I'm pretty sure humanity would keep going. There's always going to be people like you that love their kids and would do it all over again and again, no matter what logical arguments are given against it. Umbral Dragon! Like a black dragon, but from the Shadow Plane and it eats incorporeal undead and breathes negative levels!

Also, I am the me that I am and nature doesn't demand every time I use prophylactics or enjoy a dalliance with a female who is barren or engages in birth control. I defy the nature-imbued desire to make more of me.

And the other day I saw this really really old guy wearing what looked like brand new BDUs kinda wandering aimlessly. I don't know how else to describe it.

Having worn the military uniform since last year (I got it as a work cloths while working at Polish Aviation Museum) I can say it is a fine wear.

At work it has an added benefit of giving bonuses to Stealth while hiding from the Museum's director in bushes and grass we were supposed to cut.

There are indeed evil people out there, but I think most of humanity is self absorbed and short sighted (and sometimes more than a little ignorant). Add that to the normal tribal mentality and we get the mess that we are in when you combine it with 7.5+ billion people.

IMHO I like people as individuals but as a race... I will shut up now. ~duct tapes my mouth shut~

Short-sighted self-absorption IS evil. It's a weak, pathetic evil, but it's sure as hell not good.

...and rest assured, when it comes down to it, there is no such thing as neutral, when you come down to it. Every grey is a black or a white when you look under a fine enough microscope. Any theoretical philosophical situation you bring up that might be or might not be ethically or morally wrong - if you get to the exact situation with 100% of the details in 100% of the situation, there IS a right or wrong. And when there's more than two choices, there's more right, and less right, or more wrong and less wrong, but nothing, nothing at all in this universe is truly neutral. Not even Switzerland. F@$* you, they let Hitler march.

...and usually humans choose wrong. We just like to REMEMBER the right ones we make.
