Not to worry, hope for a nice TPK springs eternal. We start Book 4: Fortress of the Stone Giants in two weeks.

We are 2 sessions into Fortress of the Stone Giants. I must admit that it is one of the ones I know very little about, so I'm interested to see how it plays.

Did you know there are some nice paper minis you could use for those adventures?

*cough*

First Total Recall, then The Mummy. Anytime there's a character named Benny in a movie, I LOVE them, then they get horribly killed.

Joss Whedon wouldn't kill likable Benny...

Of course he would!!!

Oh, wait...

See??!! And he also killed that demon dude from Angel that was remotely likeable.

Plants are evil because they sit there all innocent-like. "Oh, hmm...I can't move, I'm not a threat to you, OH WAIT THERE'S A GIANT GROSS SOMETHING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT LEAF YOU JUST TOUCHED!" Or green peppers..."look, I'm just a vegetable, just hanging out, but I'm HOLLOW INSIDE AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN FLESH EATING SCARAB BEETLES MIGHT SWARM OUT OF THOSE HOLLOW PLACES AND EAT YOU!"

...maybe that's just me, though.

Brocolli leaves are all pale, and they always have bug eaten holes in them...they're scary zombie leaves.

Uh...
Yeah...

We miss you guys too. But we are enjoying some serious quality time, since we have no internets to distract us. He is working on some Homebrew game conversions, and we are gaming quite a bit more. :)

Meh. I'm lucky if my game's party makes it to the third round of combat. They just pwned a Yochlol and her squad of worg-mounted drow.

So true - I think the only reason that BBEG battle lasted more than 4 rounds was because I started attacking when they were still 180 feet away.

I find splitting the baddies up into discrete squads and attacking from several directions helps to soften the Shock and Awe the party responds with.

Went back about 15 pages, but thats all the patience and time I have. Seems everyone is doing aright.

We have inventory here at work again this coming Wed, so I have to run and finish my pre-counts.

I miss you guys though and hope that all is well. I may add that those that have our number may call us and say hi every now and then, as it looks like it will be another two weeks or so before we are back online. And it would help to get a bit of our Fawtl fix. :)

The Dragon calls at least twice a week! Some could take a page from his notebook! ;)

(((hugs))) to everyone.

I don't think I can quantify effectively without statistics. But how often would the potatoes be accidentally unearthed and spread elsewhere? I think, if it was a trait useful to them in recent evolution, they must have evolved with large mammals.

Oh wait! Brain wave! Certain herbivores might tear potatoes up while eating the leaves. You know, that might be it.

Why is it, that I am bored, no one comes in, so I get a phone call...awesome! And then all of a sudden ...customers! Time to run, take care of business, and then hang up, and everyone clears out. Just not right!
