Very important. In furniture shopping you need to get as big a table as you can fit in a door, for long-range battles and seating.

Woot... Game at Jess'!!
I hear she's going to have guest rooms with bunk beds to pack in out-of-town Fawtlies. We need to ID the snorers before and sort rooms accordingly.
One of the houses I looked at this week had a nice wet bar...
I have been told, but have not had it proven that I snore.

I have never been told that I snore (then again, I rarely sleep near anyone), but one time I was fifth-awake and thought I heard myself snoring. It could have been my dreaming mind, or it could be something that only happens every now and then (I can't remember if I was lying on my back or on my side, so it could have just been that). Sleep is pretty hard to fathom.

Was that quote intentional?

Yes.

Right after Gonzo says "I think I have starfish in my pants!" in Muppets Treasure Island.

It's kind of a running joke in our group.

Yup! Is that apple barrel scene?
With the torture? I think so. It's been many years.
No, the one where Rizzo says "That's not a worm, that's my tail!" and they spy on Long John and the trio.

Naked tail - because he's a rat.

There's all sorts of gaming considerations. Room for gamers arriving at your home to park safely. Nearby restroom facilities. Easy access to refridgerated beverages. Food access with a minimum of plate carrying required, or easily cleaned floors. Gaming space, good gaming table, chairs, outlets for electronic character sheet-holding devices...

::sigh::

it is in use a few weeks now, one day I will post pics somewhere

Didn't get much of a good impression of Stockholm the day (or so - time was weird) I was there. It seemed dirty and industrial compared to the countryside and small towns. Then again, I'm not a people person, and the ferry terminal was in the euch part of town.

Well, everyone's heads perked up when they thought they heard the guest speaker say a topless bar was being built nearby, only to find out he actually said "tapas" bar. Meanwhile, Anna and Walt came to blows over the clutter in Walt's cubicle, which was solved when a stack of papers blundered out of the cubicle and devoured Anna in front of several witnesses. And, across town, Roger finally got to put his training in the Heimlich Manuever to good use when he was visiting the zoo and saw a penguin....No, wait! That's my soap opera.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the Vasamuseet! I also went to Skansen. Sorry, my good memories get repressed whenever I think about all the walking I did.

I was born in Sverige, but that was my first trip back about 15 years (just last March, I think). I still have to say I preferred Uppsala to Stockholm, and the countryside even more.

I was alone for most of the time (my father was in meetings, working).

I believe I walked out to the burial mounds at Old, Old Stockholm on a Sunday, when most museums were cold, but I enjoyed the cold and eating at a little restaurant. The burial mounds talked, essentially, about Viking and post-Viking times (early [in Sweden] Christianity), which was cool. I took the bus back because I was tired of walking.

Edit: Freudian slip, maybe? Except I wasn't that cold. Anyway, I meant to say "most museums were closed.
