If you want good Italian just keep adding garlic until you run out.
I never thought of Italian food in garlic terms because Spaniards use as much garlic as Italians do. Even more I might say.
They have garlic bread. We have garlic shrimp, garlic mushroom, garlic chicken... and all-i-oli, which is similar to a garlic mayo.

From what I've heard I think you would.
Being Mediterranean food it has some common things with Italian food.
Victoria Beckam, when she lived in Spain, apparently declared to worldwide media that she didn't like Spain because everything here smells like garlic.
Having so many bars where tapas (small dishes that come with your drink) are served I can understand what she meant.
Because you cannot walk on a street with some bars at 12 in the morning and not ending being hungry because of the smells that come from inside them.

I wanna go to Spain so bad, and part of it is that authentic Spanish tapas and red wine just sounds like the most satisfying thing ever.
Another part of it is that I love castles, and IIRC Spain has the most and best maintained in Europe, partly because hella castles had to be built to hold territory during the Reconquista, and partly because of the relatively mild weather minimizing damage.

If you want castles, Andalucia and Castilla y León have the best ones. La Alhambra and La Mezquita the Cordoba are impressive. I totally recommend Toledo too. It's like walking on a medieval city (and that comes from someone who lives on a city that causes the same impression) and El Alcázar is really beautiful.
In most places tapas are not for free, but un Lugo, where I live, are. Even if food in Galicia differs a bit from the rest of Spain I completely recommend it for gastronomic tourism as we have good food and we are really exaggerated with rations xD (I remember ordering rice with lobster for 3 people and being served a 1,5 kg lobster with more or less 2 kg of rice!)
Galicia, where I live, doesn't have a lot of medieval castles (there is at least one in Monforte) but we have also some stone age settlements and also Roman architecture. My town has a Roman wall and a Roman bridge and they are so well preserved that you can walk on both (not just as a turistic think, I'm going on a walk on the Wall right now just because it's sunny there xD)
Even though you'd probably want to visit Andalucia or Castilla (the weather is arid but architecture is awesome) I have to advertise my town a bit too.)

So daggum tired. Difficult to even type. I hurt everywhere.
Sometimes falling asleep, sometimes restless, thinking over what I could have done better.
Though I'm frustrated by my own lack of health or coordination, in truth, the only disappointment for me, really, was Poomse (that is, the forms): not because I didn't win, but because I got distracted by my Eldest's Poomse in my head, and my body forgot which one I was doing (a very surreal experience, when your mind is telling you to do X, but your body starts to do Y) - totally frustrating to me.
The breaking wasn't bad.
The sparring was brutal, but the guys were good guys. I gave it my all, and apparently used an exotic (well, exotic for me) kick that really exists in TKD, and did so well. What killed me was my stamina. I might not have won if I'd had more, but I got to a point where my body just stopped responding.
"KICK!"
"... I'll think about it."
"KIIICK!"
"No, sir."
"HURK: Kiiiiiiick!"
"Okay, you big baby. Stop whining." *dink goes a pathetic tap with big scream* "There: you satisfied?"
"NO: Kiiiiiick!"
"Okay, you know what, Mr. Greedypants, I compromised so it's your turn: I kicked, now I get a 12-hour break!"
"YOU USELSESS STUOID LEG: KIIIIIIIICK!"
"Okay, I'm out. I can't work with him."
*And thus TL stands there, unable to move, as the opponents scores three points, his arms uselessly flailing about in a futile effort to make up for legs that just stand there.*(I got in a few more shots, but was stumbling around by the time we were done, unable to breathe and so dehydrated that I couldn't swallow. Bah.)
Next time, though!
(And engaging myself them uh typing like this has woken me a bit: good, since I need to finish stuff for my Eldest!)
As for my Eldest: super-proud! Given his performance In this one, though, I suspect he will be recategorized next time, which will make it muuuuuch harder. Here's hoping!
hydration is an issue, especially as you get older. Keep drinking.

Well garlic is good with almost everything, although I can't recommend making a garlic-favoured Akvavit...

I used to like Tequila with Tabasco sauce so... I'm open to trying.
My story with garlic:
I was on my first year at university. My roommates at my dorm challenged me to eat a whole garlic head and... well, I wasn't able to say no when I was challenged. And I was earing 5€ if I did it. So I ate a whole garlic head. It wasn't easy.
Next day I went back home and went out with some friends. My belly hurt a lot and the taste of garlic came to my mouth again and again. I felt terrible. I had known Dalindra for a month and after being with our friends we went together for a walk. I liked him. He liked me. We talked for hours, and in the end he kissed me. And I could only think that my mouth probably tasted like garlic.
A few time later when we knew each other better I told him this story. He said he never noticed it xD

That's really sweet.
I would probably prefer kissing a girl, who had eaten a head of garlic, to kissing a girl who's a heavy smoker. That way, I can at least claim to have had a good culinary experience ^^.

I walked away completely wrecked and with three bronze... and definitely not an MVP trophy!
Awesome experience!
