Happy Birthday Old Wizard!

Don't expect us to jump out of cake and sing happy birthday, though...

But, I'm already in my birthday suit, and I didn't bring anything to change into.

You know it's going to be a good days when things kick off with a conversation with a co-worker about 'manually unclogging' a guinea-pig.

Nothing to do with wooden footwear, btw, even though a guinea-pig dressed up as a Dutch person would be pretty funny.

Sigh, another Mardi Gras weekend,... then Mardi Gras.

Going to a parade can be fun, but after so many years of living through Mardi Gras in Louisiana, I am just to the point of;

Or, it might just be me today. Because,...

Happy Birthday old wizaaaaaaard!
You can no longer pretend your twenty-Threeeeee!

Yes. It is the 25th anniversary of my 25th birthday. I AM the dreaded FIVE-OH.

I still maintain that it isn't the years, it's the mileage. :)
Eh, either way, I'm doomed :/

Happy Mardi Gras weekend to all!

In my experience with big cities, Atlanta is a hellhole that smells like ass and is constantly hotter than Florida somehow, Miami is nice if you know where to be but pretty bad otherwise, and DC is a glorious place I would move to if I could afford it.

The other major cities I've been in aren't really major, just major for Florida, like Tallahassee, Orlando, and Tampa.

What makes Atlanta smell bad, I wonder...?

So for some reason people in here have been strenuously hating on my parents' professions, my home town, and my home state. What the heck? This place is so damned negative, it's not fun anymore.

YES! ALL of Hung is on HBO On Demand!

I'm sorry, I didn't know you were from Atlanta, I wouldn't have asked the question.

The sight of a bunch of heavily armored cops with AR-15s packed into an official SFPD golf cart is actually pretty funny.

I don't know what your parents' professions are, but: I love Atlanta, and generally consider Georgia (one of) my home states. Also, Orthos, at least, I think, likes GA, too (and maybe Atlanta?). So, you know: it's at least three of us. :D

(Unless you mean Detroit. I only know that one from the Robocop movies. Uh... Robocop is awesome? Oh, and Chicago, at least, is the home of Channel Awesome, so a lot of awesome came out of that. :D)

Same as downtown Seattle, the General regularly told me so (she worked two blocks from the Space Needle).

Captain Yesterday Fun Fact: I have almost no sense of smell, very little sense of taste, but the eyes of a hawk.

Have i mentioned how awesome Seattle is yet.

I haven't been to Atlanta except to use the airport, but both times I did so it was a very pleasant experience (minus my own plane-phobic stress). Otherwise I don't have anything against it that I don't have against any other large city (in that, I don't like large cities and find them too claustrophobic, too crowded, and too ideologically dissimilar from myself).

Northern Georgia where I live and have traveled regularly is very pleasant countryside and wonderful spring/summer/autumn driving-with-the-windows-down territory.

We have a dog, he insists on traveling a minimum of three blocks to deuce, i tried to wait him out, once.

i gave up after two hours, and walked three blocks.

From my limited understanding, the "cause" is "so that I can simply lift out the liner and now it's a bag that is easy to throw away".

If I said anything to offend, I apologize, The primary reason I would not want to go to Detroit is that I am not leaving the west

Right. Which is a really weird idea. You scoop out the bad stuff, and leave the good stuff in there.

I shudder to think how much it would cost to throw out all the litter in a pan every few days...

Downtown Los Angeles had the worst urine smell of any city I've visited. I maintain it was all the urine.

Seriously, people kept pissing on the sidewalk near my apartment building. Plus it never rained to wash it away.

But the weather was awesome.

Something to make Treppa laugh.

I present to you, the following description of my clothes walking the dog tonight.

Skater shoes, white socks, black long johns, tan cargo shorts, a few hoodies topped with my wife's big blue grey unisex coat, and with a bright snot green oversized wool hat.

It might take a few times to fully grasp all of that.

Pretty sweet, seeing Hell's Vengeance in my pending orders.

Honestly never thought I'd be excited for an evil adventure path.

I played in Way of the Wicked a little bit, didn't care for it (one of my nice brother's group, very professional, been playing together for decades).

And if it sucks, I'll just cancel my subscription.
