I see my name!

I would more expect Marlon to be in such state instead of the daddy.

Don't you just love it when a player gets ticked off when their character dies?

Especially when said death was a direct result of the player character being Stupid Evil?

I would gladly kill a PC now...

What?!

Tl;dr.

I got out of NY just in time on Thursday!

Florida has been fun. I enjoyed Universal greatly, and recommend Harry Potter world to anyone, although the crowds are fierce.

I also got to visit one of my best friends who moved down here for some reason.

Getting out of Florida is another matter however.

All of the flights from Tampa to NY were cancelled today. Currently we are in a rental car headed up to coastal North Carolina to visit John's parents (we moved that trip up since we are stranded in the South. we had been planning to go to NC in a few days.) We plan to stop for the night in Savannah.

Your time has come.

Sweet baby Jesus, the wind chill's finally back to negative single digits.

Aaaand I spoke too soon.

Sovereign Court

Sad panda. it's barely above freezing here.

We're having a proper Michigan winter here....snow, wind, temps in the negatives....I just don't want to try driving on the roads. They're pretty much an ice rink. It's too cold for the salt to work.

once I heard you left, I felt free to really put on some dance moves and get my snow on.

Hi everyone,

Marlon now shares his room in the "premature baby ward" with another baby - named: Marlon Schmidt !!!!
two premature born boys with the same first and lastname in 3 days !!!!!!!

we now have to write birthdate on every item and the trainee nurse already brought the wrong mothers milk bottle to our son :-/ luckily we where observant, now the milk warmers for the two are in different rooms

That is awesome!!!!

I lost my record for smallest surviving premature baby some time ago myself.

The wind chill has dropped below 0. Yay.

It's not as windy as I expected it to be, though.

The schools here have a two-hour delay due to "unfavorable weather conditions."

I saw Frozen yesterday, and I quite enjoyed it.

Ironic.

Or serendipitous.

Speaking of ironic

The BCS title game is kinda boring, unless you're an Auburn fan I suppose.

I knew that sabbatical/road trip to the future with The Doctor (Davidson) would pay off!

One of my pseudo-resolutions was to clean up my workspace. I found a letter dated two years ago regarding the person I needed to contact about getting reinstated for donating blood (thanks to a false positive, combined with administrative "clean up" that resulted in someone discovering the false positive belonged to me). So, I gave that person a call, and I will be getting blood drawn to prove conclusively that I don't have Hepatitis C. Then I can donate blood again, just like I had been for the previous 10 years.

Deedle deedle dee.

Doodle doodle doo.

Well, now the game is getting interesting.

For those of you who care.

I'm sure that's where everyone is: watching the BCS title game.

I should probably go to bed.

After the game.

I am afraid of the ice-cold sheets, though.

Luckily, I'm a well-insulated badger. Um, thanks to all that pre-winter-foraging.

I am also still compulsively voting on RPG Superstar items. Perhaps I'll get to Champion Voter yet.

I wish there was a way to see how many votes I've cast. I don't have the wall space for tally marks.

Especially since I've apparently been visited by the Silence all these times...

Badger ramble = bramble?

Badble?

Ramger?

That one seems weird.

I guess I'll just fill up the rest of this page.

Another good Runelords session.

Anyone who has "100 new posts" can just skip this blather.

That warning may have been a little too late.
