Brrr! I hold a front-door conversation long enough to politely tell some girls I don't want to take part in Postkodlotteriet and it's cold enough that I'm still shaking three minutes later.

Cute girls, though.

Why wouldn't you want to cuddle after winning a lottery?

Edit: Woohoo! Nekkid cuddling!

My mother's subscribed to a ticket a week for that lottery for 3 years and never won a thing.

Had I been naked the shaking would've been more easily explained - though I suspect the girls would have been very amused, considering the cold.

Am I alone in thinking that if this were the main cast of a movie rather than a radio-play, I'd not need a trailer to know I'd watch it?

*yargh*

That was quite temporary work.

*sigh*

Note to self: honesty bad.

I got fired because I repeated error done by other workers.

I admitted committing an error and they denied they made it too. So I was picked to be an "example"...

"Example" that one should never ever admit that he made an error.

I pointed to the boss that because I made that error I am highly unlikely to commit it ever again but he stated that he is more interested in making me example.

:(

Tough luck, Drejk. Better luck with the next job.

My direct supervisor said he's sorry because he started to like me. Possibly because I was the only of the temporary workers in his group that he could actually speak in sentences. Even if I had to ask him to repeat from time to time.

So, my first real-real job and my first real sacking.

I need to check if they have anything else in work agency.

Also, I have to fill application to Anovo in Norwich, just a few streets away.

Mother is taking the news worse than father.

Have I said *sigh*?

Silver Crusade

Sorry to hear that Drejk :(

Well, I'll live through this or die trying.

Positive aspect of that job was lots of overtime.

Funny thing: today while unloading turkeys I thought to myself that I have enough of that job and I would like to already end...

Beware of wishes...

Now I have an idea for malicious genie/demon/rakshasa/whatever that runs around invisible reading people's minds and randomly granting wishes in a twisted way.

I want to cuddle with cute girl and I want to win a lottery. Preferably both but any of the two will suffice for now.

Damn. I'm sorry drejk. That sounds like bullshit, if I were closer I'd throw a turkey through their window. Making an example is unncessary in a modern workplace, especially since they're keeping everyone else!

Woot!

Pass or fail?

I ended going to local board game meeting in pub tonight.

It was quite a fun.

Gods rot, Drejk, that absolutely sucks. *Headbonk* I'd offer to eat him for you, but the doctor has put me on a no-humans diet. Too many nasty chemicals in them, or some silly reason like that. Which is a darned shame, because there are a few out there who need to be eaten.

Yup, me too. Of course, my hair is gloriously fake, and the public is more inclined to ROFL than persecute me. So where do we find out the results?

It doesn't say. Although the article's writer mentioned in the comments that she'd try to put up a follow-up with the results - I'll keep my peepers open.

Also my play by post is still going and it has almost been two years which is a good thing.

Also starting to make new map for encounter.

Cold morning.

Mother complaining.

*sigh*

*hugs* ....well I'm British so *Hand-shakes*

At least you got to meet new people last night, you might have time for your monster submission and you can find better temporary work?

Scarab Sages

Good morning FAWTLY FOLK! Happy Wednesday! For some of you, anyway. For me it's mixed. Short day, and there wasn't shit for traffic this morning.

On the other hand, my cold has gotten worse. And, whilst driving in this morning I realized I've got a huge, crescent-shaped crack in my windshield. Looks like a rock (or something) hit it down near the bottom center and it's propagated in both directions. I didn't see it yesterday, so I'm thinking most of the growth came over night, probably from the cold temperatures.

I shall blame FreeholdDM.

Scarab Sages

At least I've got a few days to get it fixed before not having access to it becomes an annoyance.

But I'll still blame FreeholdDM.

Scarab Sages

Just kidding.

Scarab Sages

Mostly.

Scarab Sages

Still, four day weekend coming up. Hopefully some relaxation is in the cards. If for no other reason than I need a damn break to try and get over this cold.

Less than two weeks until Katie! C-section schedule for early in the morning. Like 0830, or something.

And it's been a productive two days so far. I was able to get three documents reissued. Might be a fourth one today.

Plus, out project meeting yesterday was uber-productive. We had guy from the platform there, and he had some good suggestions for our design.

Scarab Sages

My boy now actively seeks to sumo wrestle with me. And he tries to ambush me on occasion. I'm so proud.

Four day weekend coming up here as well.

Also been replaying Final Fantasy 6 over the past week or so. Dang I love this game.

Uwheeheeheeheeheehee!! Burn, burn everything! Leave nothing but a monument to nonexistence!

Also short day at work today, off at 11:30 for Thanksgiving party, then free to head home around 2-ish.

But still have to go to work now. See you all in ~30ish.

Huzzah! I too am off at 1130, then it's over to the comic book store (with lunch on the way) and finally home.

Scarab Sages

But I must away. Fare thee well my friends.

First time I've gotten this alias out of the box in a while. Was fun!
