No, Cama.

You really, really shouldn't name an animal "cama". "Cama" means "bed"...

The Exchange

Naked beds!

The Exchange

Also it fits the basic naming convention.
Daddy Camel
Mommy Llama.

If daddy was a Llama and momma a Camel then it would have been a Llamel.

The Exchange

Also it seems they breed true and are thus a new species.

I do believe I will try to not repeat this experience.

Ever notice how close the words 'subbed' and 'subdued' are?

I could see her subduing the elementary spanish class.

Scarab Sages

YEEEEEEEEHAW!!!

Silver Crusade

Seventy posts since I last looked? While it is the FaWtL of old it still more than appears recently in comparable amount of time.

So, is your name meant to be "beautiful wind", or is it some character's name? That's why I keep catching myself considering you to be female, honestly.

I can't stop laughing at the espan-y'all, and the baby finds this hilarious as well. Then I start laughing at her laughing, and the cycle repeats.

I should've posted my sub assignment last night. I would have loved to confuse them by opening with a hearty "Howdy, Espany'all!"

Both! Old unused d20 modern fantasy character from way way back named Mikaze Arashiko. Punk-rock attitude Japanese tiefling-ish son of an oni. Treated the Ramones like a religion and wielded a baseball bat in place of the stereotypical club. Dude was really sensitive about his "girly" name.

Basically Guitar Wolf crossed with A Boy Named Sue. ;)

Yay, gonna enjoy reading along to that one. Of course I've been slightly lax reading along with a couple of others (like Oladons' insane paced pbp's) - too busy posting in my own maybe.

Anyway time for a hump-day :)

given my hatred for the realms, I have to say "no" to that one.

However, a big "hello" to you, mikaze!

Well that's another pbp winding down for me, leaving CH's as the only PF pbp games that I'm not running.

:/

Scarab Sages

Greetings FAWTLY Folk! Stayed up way too late last night working on my submission for Wayfinder. But it's starting to come together. Still not sure if I'm going to have to create a new monster, or just adapt something.

Scarab Sages

Maybe a variant bone golem.....

Scarab Sages

Or I can check with the editors to see if I would be okay to use a monster from Tome of Horrors 4, and then make that monster a variant.

Also, we might get to find out the sex of the baby today. Ultrasound appointment at 1015. I plan to cut out of work for a few hours to go.

Scarab Sages

Anyway, I'm out for now. Will post again later on with a report from the ultrasound results.

Scarab Sages

Have an awesome day everybody!

They should never killed her... Or at least they should kill her in some really magnificent way. But I prefer her alive.

Back from interview. Inconclusive, waiting on further conversation. Interviewer did indeed recognize me from subbing. Told him so.

Good luck, Scint.

And good morning, FAWTL.

I felt so bad for the school secretaries. They were on the phone calling parents nonstop because, as I heard about ten times before my interview started, the computer had glitched and sent the wrong automated message to every parent in the school. So instead of "Hey, come to Open House," everyone got "Your child cut class."

I'd call that a minor oopsie-daisy.

Whoops, Scint. But best wishes on the job front.

I got recognised as someone else earlier
Bloke: "Paul is that you?"
Me: "Nope."
Shocking, everyone should know me :P
