Possibly. I can't remember.

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Stopping in for another quick visit. Gotta go over to Pep Boys for 0700. I'm getting a cargo box installed on the roof of my trailblazer. It should come in handy for the drive down to Texas. It'll also be a good investment for future trips between Houston and New Orleans, especially with kidlet #2 on the way.

Scarab Sages

Anyway, time to get going.

Naked zombies as well? Oh my~

Last! July!!
Summer 2012!!!

good job US Postal / Deutsche Post

On a similar subject with a slightly less eye-popping time-frame: I finally got my May shipment from Paizo today - 2 days short of spending a month in transit.

Did you accidentally pack them in the pod?

Huh, I just have the most random ideas for my own setting right now. First one can exist in Golarion, too.

Neutral Good Daemon who eats the souls of Devils and Demons, as well as those of villains who refuse to atone. Probably worships the one who redeemed it with a mix of reverence and fear.

Aasimar Bard that saw some artistic beauty in the ocean waves. When she died defending a coastal village, her ghost became the guardian of the area, occasinally emerging from the ocean to sing at night.

Chaotic Evil Minotaur Antipaladin of Baphomet who calls himself the Storm King, and was once the ruler of a nation of monsters. He got his title after slaying a Storm Giant who had attempted to destroy the demon cults of the area.

We're selling it. Anybody want a house in Philly?

I don't, but I hope somebody else does!

Morning, all. What did I miss?

Some random ideas on my end. Not sure about the others yet.

Those sound like great ideas, Icy.

Good luck with your move, AZ.

Good morning, CH.

...thank you ;_;

Brilliant, I saw them at a festival a few years back and they were amazing (despite me not being overly familiar with their music).

Have fun.

Meh. Neighbor came and pestered me about revoked approval of staircase painting. His initial attitude was quite unpleasant but he calmed down and promised to try to look for cheaper painting. He'll continue to bother me about that painting soon. Other neighbors are implying that he wants to get the staircase painted because he wants to sell both of his apartments and move away while we remain with emptied repairs fund.

*sigh*

Now I have to learn more about repairs to some installations that supposedly should be done before painting of staircase - administrator clerk says there are multiple repairs/modernizations required and doing painting before those repairs is stupid. Neighbor claims she exaggerates and that those repairs were done by companies that are friends to our administration.

For a moment I wish I had that rootless quality that lets Americans move so easily instead of being highly territorial being that has problems with merely sleeping in other room...

And now my head throbs in unpleasant fashion after that being bothered by that crap.

It would be much simpler if the neighbors weren't so adversary to each other.

And I wonder when father will pester me again about taking away work from DSXMachina...

Spoiler:
Coming and getting work in England because "You would immediately got work if you came here..."

I'll try to get a nap.

This.

Look at the lengths I've gone to stay in Houston.

To all of you non-Houstonians, what are you waiting for?

Yeah, that is always a joke over here about the number of Polish builders. Of course my gaming group did have a Irish/Polish chap, so it is quite regular in actuality. Although it does depend on the exact living costs and circumstances.

But as a member of the EU visa issues are less of a problem than from US citizens.
Anyway :( @ being hassled.

Congratulations on getting married Aeglos I am happy for you. I will endeavor to review pictures in a bit.

Hey has anyone looked at the Kick Starter Deep Magic I signed up and it looks really cool with a bunch of add-ons. I thought I would mention it because they are close to another add on if more people sign up. So perhaps a little selfish on my part but also could be really cool for you guys too.

I saw that. Another reason for everyone to help this project. Perhaps you might be asked to do another set of spells? The dark stalker and creeper magic was certainly one of the selling points for me. I love those guys. Fiend Folio as one of my favorite of AD&D.

I don't want to worry you, but did they specified how they want to stretch you for more money?

Certain way of preserving hides from hunted animals involves stretching the freshly removed skin...

Yeah, that is always a joke over here about the number of Polish builders. Of course my gaming group did have a Irish/Polish chap, so it is quite regular in actuality.

Polish joke following:

Why Ancient Egyptians were building single pyramid for 25 years?
Because they hired Polish workers.
How did they finished building?
They told the workers that TV reporters will come and record progress.

My parents would provide me with place to sleep and food. While advantageous financially, I don't want to live with anyone and especially not my father.

Government worker (of which I am one) joke following.

Q. How many government workers does it take to change a screw in incandescent light bulb?

A. At least 5 spread over three sites.

Sadly this isn't a joke.

explanation:

I work with an AN UDM 1B gamma range.
The control panel has a variety of indicator lights.

In order to change one the following mechanical steps are necessary:
Turn off and unplug the unit.
Pop the lens cover off the light with a bad bulb.
Unscrew bulb.
Screw in replacement bulb.
Replace lens cover.
Plug unit back into outlet.
Re-energize system.

But, the required procedure at my base goes something like this:
1. Operator of unit must stop work and notify calibration lab supervisor.
2. Supervisor must place out of order sign (different wording) on unit and notify the base's Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) on the floor below or one of his assistants (ARSO).
3. Supervisor must notify the In Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) at their work-site in Yorktown Virginia.
4. ISEA then must notify someone in Washington DC although I am not certain who.
5. At the ISEA's direction, we fill out paperwork and fax it to them.
6. ISEA signs and faxes back.
7. We change bulb as stated above and test unit.
8. We gain clearance from ISEA.
9. We notify the RSO (or an ARSO in the absence of the RSO) and await him to finish all the paperwork and give us written permission to start back up.

Well, adios.
I have work to do: for one of my friend's birthdays we are playing level 20 gestalt with anything pathfinder (Paizo plus third party) this Saturday and the particular character I am creating is a lot of work.
