So I finally broke down and bough the extended 6 panel version of this . Time for some painting and gridding. I'm beginning to suspect my hobby has started to transform into an obsession, so I'm putting off my $1000 dwarvenforge order until the fall.

Hate housecleaning so much. Especially when it hasn't been done since Christmas. :(

Ah, nekkid reading. FHDM's #3 pastime AND fantasy since 1983.

Soul Eater. It started a little slow but now I'm hooked. Darn it. :)

Happy birthday, zombeh. What did I miss?

Well, Scott was overjoyed at his birthday presents: 7 new pairs of socks, a signed copy of Dingo's Guide to B%%$#+@ Crazyland, and a life-time pass to the Hershey Museum. Meanwhile, townsfolk were shocked to learn that the new mayor was, in fact, the evil twin of the old mayor, his face changed via plastic surgery. And, across town, several genetically altered penguins revealed that...No, wait! That's my soap opera!

Then you should love the Flagons & Dragons podcast we did last weekend. Not sure when it'll be available though.

Thanks for all the (so far) birthday wishes.

Happy birthday, zombie man!

I finished my art for wayfinder 5 at about 1 in the morning. I just need to scan and mail it today. Whew! Done on time!

BBQ damages your back. You shouldn't eat that. Give it to me for safekeeping.

The cynicism astounds me. Look up 'pure intentions' in the dictionary and you'll find my picture there.

True, funny work story:

We've got dudes running around inspecting our offices today, making sure folks aren't leaving sensitive documents unattended, leaving their CAC cards in their computers, s$@@ like that. Someone told me they'd actually walk into cubicles and look through stacks of paper.

So I hid little notes under the various piles in my cubicle. Stuff like "not this pile", "you're getting warmer", "now you're getting colder", "whatever you do, don't look under the keyboard".

We'll see how that works out.

You need one that says "This note will self-destruct in 5 seconds if exposed to any light source"

Sometimes it's silly, but we've got the same thing here. Every night I have to lock everything away in the desk. Why? Because the 5 levels of security that they would need to get through to even get to my desk aren't enough. The 5 dollar lock on the desk will be sure to thwart them.

Downloaded it yesterday - It sounds like you have a great group there. I agree about the Belgian beers, then again I have only had the mass produced ones.

I noticed the same thing when I worked at a bank. I used to leave my cash drawer out on the counter in protest.

Ok, I didn't do that.

This was kind of odd ...

story time...:

At the credit union I work at, we had a woman who would come in about once every two weeks. She would come in, go straight to the restroom, take 4 rolls of TP and leave.

It was silly, but we eventually confronted her and told her that if she continued, we would call the police. The CEO talked about it at the all-staff meeting. He said that on one hand, if she really needed the TP that badly... But on the other hand, if someone reached over and stole 5 dollars from someone's drawer, would we prosecute?

Mmmm! left over home made mac and cheese, ham, and cauliflower with melted cheese!

Kids have fruit snacks for dessert. All is happy in the household here.

Except for hubby, he is sick still, in bed crashed out asleep. I am kinda worried that he may have pneumonia..but he won't see a doctor. Says its just bronchitis like he gets every year. :(

Happy Birthday Zombeh!!!!

Sooooooooo ready for bed already. Wonder if the kids will go to bed this early? LOL hahahahahahahaha...yeah right.

Sales are down at the store, worrisome low, any ideas on how to garner more sales? Serious ones?

Kellen has been doing very well at school! I love picking him up from school these days. We haven't even had to have one meeting at this new school other than the first intake IEP meeting!

knock on wood

Riley however has become mean! Spoiled rotten mean! He yells at his siblings, steals their toys, and fusses at me and hubby when he doesn't get his way.

*sigh* I spoiled him too much, now to go through the despoiling phase that is no fun.

Ari is in the middle of it all. She still wants what she wants when she wants it, and has gotten into a bit of trouble at school for running her mouth..talk talk talk talk talk... but she is a little girl and that is to be expected. :)

Grades wise she is advancing as normal, and I am tickled with that! Socially she is leaps and bounds ahead, so her teacher says. She is my little social butterfly :D

Gettin' ready for Treppa's concert tonight!

WooT Treppa!! Good luck! Break a leg! Enjoy!

Muffins for Mom at Arden's school tomorrow! I am excited!

I hope they have coffee! Hmmm, maybe I should hit the store on the way just in case.

Ow! I broke my leg!

*Shakes fist*
