You actually get porn ads on Facebook? I've never gotten that.

Your nudity says otherwise! averts eyes

Honestly! I wasn't watching porn! I was just... checking the weather forecast... and happened to be naked.

Weather Report Girl/Weather Woman is one of my favorite ecchi/hentai titles.

Silver Crusade

My FB ads tend to be pretty gay. When my status was "single" it was full of dating sites, but now it is gay couples' studies, gay nightclubs, and gay-themed travel agents/resorts. Also ads for mail order underwear. Could be worse. Never seen a porn ad, though.

Everything?

I wanna ads for french maids. Or would have, if I had given myself to the EVUL (tm) that is Facebook. Iä Iä Iä!

Also, I am sure the Duluth bear was a drop bear. With lazers.

I don't see FB ads. I think it's because I use an ad blocker gizmo. Now I'm a bit disappointed because I seem to be missing out.

hi everyone

People are mean and inconsiderate on the Intertoobz?

Facebook sounds weird, but not in a good way.

Affirmative. My sister loves to give me a hard time about this. I'm still not sharing the details on the web.

The whole microwave thing takes me back though. My folks got their first microwave when I was a kid. Clunky thing by today's standards. Flip dial timer (like the old clocks), and a handle to open and close it, not a button. But that thing was one tough appliance.

Eventually the handle broke off and we had to use a screw driver to open and close it. At one point we moved it to the small summer home we had in Bay St. Louis, MS. It stayed there for years (until we sold the place), then my brother took it to his hunting camp in south Louisiana. That place got taken out by a hurricane. The microwave is probably sitting on the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico even as we speak.

Our first microwave in the 70's was an Amana Radar Range. The thing weighed a ton and could probably stop small arms fire. I think that thing worked for about 20 years. It died with an actual mushroom cloud of smoke when it blew after getting dropped in the snow.

I miss things that last.

I think the first microwaves appeard in friends houses in the late 80s, we bought our first one in the middle of the 90s

I am guessing BT worked in disposal.

I think the LPM has a solid theory on this. People are more likely to be douchebags on the internet because it harder to knock someone's teeth out over the internet.

Part of me was hoping that the article Treppa linked would have a comments section. You know people would be all over that, just for the irony.

Huzzah! Went out at lunchtime and picked up The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 bluray!! Only $16+change at Best Buy!!!

WOOT!!!!

Sadly, however, they did not have anymore of the special pack containing the collectible Joker figure.

While I was out, I drove through Wendy's and got a Spicy Chicken Sammich. Ate it on the drive back. They are one of the few places I'll go to for fried chicken outside of Popeyes. And only ever their spicy chicken sammich.

I'm an ornery b%%@&, but only ironically.

And I'm so awesome, I gave my leftover fries to my wife when I dropped her car key back at her desk.

On the way back to work I stopped for a red light and this douche in a PGW (gas company) truck next to me basically did a rolling stop and kept right on going. Later, he was ahead of me but in the opposite lane as we approached another red light. This time he cut in front of me at the last minute.

Needless to say, I'm going to be calling PGWs "How's my driving" phone line and reporting his truck number 4320YN.

I'm thankful to have never needed to do this, but those exist for a reason I imagine, and this is certainly proof if nothing else.

Let's hope his boss is more reasonable than he. Good luck.

please let me know how it is. The hipsters who have taken over the comic book store/business (to an extent) don't appreciate Frank Miller and his over the top violence.

Recommended pages. I get a lot of them, actually. Which is weird, because I've always found porn really boring. I think Facebook kind of assumes I'm exactly like a conglomeration of my friends, who are mostly gamers, gay, and/or artists. Unfortunately, while the first one is true, the second one is wrong, and the third one is marginal. So I get a lot of weird s+#$ showing up in my feed.

Fun fact to note when discussin food: My iPhone tries to correct "Mmmm" as "Mammon." WTF are people talking about on their iPhones? I don't know whether that's awesome or terrifying.

Is it weird that I read the store blog title as "Grab your Goat and Let's Head North"?

Well, at least since I was old enough to imagine that sort of thing with a modicum of correctness.

Aren't you working in the field of finances (more or less)? Your phone just thinks you are speaking of your infernal master.

I think I'll stat Goldsouls.

That's it! Goldsouls would be missing Lawful Neutral servants of Abadar. Or Waukeen. Oh, wait, she's Neutral... I'll have to think how to handle their alignment then.

Well, started working on a homebrew campaign. CoT probably won't last too terribly long for a variety of reasons.

to be fair to all of his detractors, I must admit he makes r. Crumb look like mother theresa sometimes. But some of the things that have been said about him in criticism are either untrue or just plain ridiculous. He singlehandedly saved daredevil back in the 80s and saved batman from becoming a tasteless joke with his work. Yes, he'san ass . I would not enjoy a meal with him. But he IS talented, even if his stories do run into each other after a while.
