Flying nekkid? Sure would make TSA happy, I bet.

Scarab Sages

Talk about scare the crap out of me, and it wasn't even my kid....

Get in to work and a co-worker tells me his grandson drowned on Friday! They were able to revive him, thank God, but they now have to do all kinds of tests because they don't know what kind of damage was done during the time he wasn't breathing.

Makes me want to hug my kid.

Scarab Sages

Mmmm.....coffee.

~peeps in on the FAWTL thread, observes that there is a zombie infestation, then sets some traps in the path that the zombie will take~

~lays out some freshly cloned brains to lead the zombie to the traps~

Bought a new little plastic container, just to put the minis in that I'm bringing for PaizoCon. All the ones I'll need for my adventure.

Except the dragon, of course. That one's too big for the container. The trolls and giants fit fine.

I am glad that they were able to revive him and I hope that the damage is minimal.

Scarab Sages

Just kidding about the dragon....

Of course our ego and greed is too big to fit into a container.

Scarab Sages

OR AM I....???

Scarab Sages

Dun DUN DUUUNNNNN!!!

~shrugs~ that is fine. I do not mind being separated from trolls and giants.

HUZZAH!!!

Have a safe flight Aeglos!

So left the house early with the plan to sweep by the store on the way to work, pick up breakfast munchies and soda. Completely forgot about it until mere seconds after clocking in and seeing my arrival time.

On the other hand, got into work a full 20 minutes early, so woo overtime?

Scarab Sages

Huzzah, again!

Silver Crusade

Safe flight, Aeglos! The weather is fine in NY today - warm and sunny. Whatever held up your flight, it wasn't the weather here.

Silver Crusade

The last time I was in Italy and was on my way back, they had to switch the planes due to mechanical issues, and the new plane was much smaller than the one they intended. They needed volunteers to bump to a flight 4 hours later. Paul and I took their $600 vouchers (apiece) knowing that we had a 6 hour layover in New York anyway. We got home at the same time we would have anyway, and got travel vouchers too!

Silver Crusade

Morning, all. What did I miss?

I was just going to say the same thing!

Good news, everyone!

Silver Crusade

Coffee is miraculous.

Great!

Oh, except I drank coffee two times this year... Which is a lot more than previous year anyway.
But I drink three to four pots of tea each day.

Awww, I can't stand coffee, I...

Whew!

Wait, wait ...what?!?!?!?

Coffee may be miraculous but friendship is magic! I am officially back from BRONYCON. Twas a very nice cheerful am unpretentious convention, not to sound old flexes 33 year old muscles but it was very much like what anime cons used to be like. Security made me remove my anti zombie headgear (this is a family convention!! Hmph.), but I had an amazing time anyway. Pics will be posted later.

Aeglos, I look forward to your arrival. Please fly safely. Delays ae frustrating, but the ill weather should pass soon.

I'm on leave!

Well, Max's trip home from Europe took an interesting turn when he was forced to switch from a commercial plane to a cargo plane carrying live farm animals. Meanwhile, Holger's flight to the States took an interesting turn when, while flying over the Bermuda Triangle, the plane became the lead in a duck "v" formation for several dozen miles. Meanwhile, Jason's attempt to escape from Kansas using a catapult....No, wait! That's my soap opera!

I really want to see Jason's attempts to escape Kansas using a catapult....

Is it twister-powered?

For those of you going to PaizoCon, bring back some juicy tidbits, especially anything on new products, modules, sourcebooks, etc. See if you can find anything about D&D fifth edition. I've heard this week that Ed Greenwood is being given free reign on redesigning the Forgotten Realms.

I hope it's true.

Which pill did you take again, the red or the blue one?

WotC giving free reign?

My sides hurt from wracking laughter. I'm going to need some awesome wishes from you, too.

It came up in one of my Facebook groups. It seems some playtester was booted off the D&D 5E group for speaking his mind about the 4E Forgotten Realms setting. It looked pretty ligit from the tone and inflection in his post. I'll see if I can find it.

I swear, I've been fingerprinted more than most felons.

I really don't see why I can't just get printed once and be done with it instead of every time I apply for a new teaching license.

Catapult? I thought Jason was going to ride a Nuclear Ballistic Missile.

Silver Crusade

Yup. Apparently I would be an awesome burglar, by the way. My fingerprints are shallow and tend to be very indistinct. Every time I have to get fingerprinted for some new securities license or financial job, it takes them forever because my fingerprints are always hopelessly blurry.

Oh, just because while I was there I also asked for a concealed carry application. In a Pinkie Pie voice.
