We got to finish our epic battle last night for CotCT (the GM has home brewed and modified the AP so I am assuming its very different from the book). We killed a big bad - with Mothmans Paladin dealing out 50 - 100 points per turn despite being under the influence of a spell that turned him into a peace loving hippy... Essentially somebody needed to attack him each round to bring him out of his peaceful stupor... So one of the other players had his cohort punch the Paladin in the head each turn.

I was wondering about KaeYoss myself and came upon your post while doing a "KaeYoss search" - Hmm...

Me 6 hours ago - fine shape, spry and ready to face whatever the evening could throw at me.

2 hours later... "How did my skull fill up with snot in just 2 hours? I'm going to bed."

And now I have to spend a couple of hours working instead of munching fever-inhibitors. Bleh. (Also, I never get sick, so with nothing to compare with, I kinda feel like I've caught ebola. *eye-roll*).

It's been awhile since Kruelaid came back to the western world. No word from him since.

Just catching up, condolences to BP and Ashe on the loss family and friends suffered. Sharoth, that's scary about your wife's friend and her diagnosis. Hope she is alright.

My son is a high school graduate now! He's going to see Prometheus with a couple of friends to celebrate.

Mothy is doing ok he is still looking - The job market is a bit slow at the moment.

He has been having a lot of problems with his new computer... Very slow and keeps crashing.

He will probably pop in as soon as the PC company fixes it.

I will let him know you were asking after him. :-)

Maybe now that he has uninhibited access to the web, it's just not as sexy anymore.

Blame the US Postal Service. They developed 2-letter abbreviations for all the states and drilled them into our brains. We can't help but recite them now, even among those who have no earthly way to know that, for instance, MO is Missouri or IA is Iowa.

Pfft. In retirement planning, it's either an acronym or a citation from the IRS code: 401(k), 403(b), 402(g), 408(b)(2). Plus, the acronyms mostly include the letter Q for "qualified": QACA, QDRO, QDIA. I bet your acronyms don't use Q.

Mornin' folks.

Skype is the most Fawesome thing ever done by mankind, maybe we FAWTLies should buy a bunch of stock in the company and take it over?

Skype is fun. Been using it about two years now, and gaming over it for about three months. A lot less button-mashing than Ventrilo, which lets me sort through my DM paperwork a little easier, and pace when I don't need to be at the keyboard.

In other news, working Saturdays is still bluh. At least I get lunch soon.

Check your six for MILPOL if you are thinking of going AWOL. HHCCTR put out a SITREP that everything is FUBAR

Advice:

I did the same, and the funeral home was most helpful in providing a general template. At the time, fill in the blank is much easier than creative writing. Let people help you. Again, my condolences.

** spoiler omitted **

I lifted a template out of our local newspaper. Worked like a charm.

The monkey beat me too it. The US Military and AT&T puts others to shame when it comes to abbreviations.

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Happy Saturday! Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Charlie got to meet one of my older brothers, his Uncle Chris, for the first time today. It was cool.

Also, there was bacon.

Maybe if Ebay starts having problems and has to sell of some assets (would they do that on their own platform, you think?).

Been there in your shoes. Still remember the incident 21 years ago. It was not a sunny day, that's for sure. One of the few times I got hit with some Gamma Rays.

When my dad passed he divided his gun collection up among us sons. Solnes has always been uncomfortable with guns in the house so I had my mother keep them for me. So I talked to her today about getting mine and maybe buying his M-14 off her as well. She tells me she doesn't have them anymore, that he stole them and she has no idea who he sold them to. I know it may sound stupid to some, but those guns and the Civil War Sabres were all he left me, everything I had of the man. And she never even called the police, no report filed nothing. He's in Hampton Va now, and I'm trying to track him down to A) Find out what he did with them, and B) let him know I will be coming for him, I will not suffer a piece off s$## like him to carry the same name as me.

Those were mine, my part of Dad, to be handed down to my sons.

The Exchange

I'm so pissed off right now that my head is throbbing.
