That is a stupid character, but the show actually has a pretty interesting arc going on.
Cartoon Networks current line up of shows is definitely meant for adults. Kids just won't get half the humor. Like the episode with the baby ducks vs the geese. Anyone who hasn't seen the original transformers movie from the 80's won't get it.
