Actually you cannot use a bastard sword as a large sized wepon, unless you have exotic weapon didn't see that feat in your build. Anyway it is a spell being cast true, but that's no different then using a magic sword and true strike. Also the spell makes arrows not spell damage so they are copies of my exact attack. And I didn't factor in a monks belt which would push the damage up even more. and if the spell clerity is allowed you can do it twice in one round

So, following the presented guidelines: 1 level of caster + 19 levels of warrior, 25 pt buy, no monstrous races, no reliance on mounts, no 3rd party, and no intelligent weapons/items (my own addition, though later I'll probably make a stupid scary int. weapon to increase the damage potential by a lot), we have some good options.

I've already detailed two possible choices for the level of caster in a previous post.

Race:
Half-Elf, Half-Orc, or Human?

Half-Elf: +2 Str
Low Light Vision
Ancestral Arms (free exotic weapon proficiency) or Adaptability (free Skill Focus)
Elf Blood
Elven Immunities
Keen Senses (+2 Perc)
Multitalented (both your martial levels AND caster levels can be favored classes)

Half-Orc: +2 Str
Darkvision
Intimidating
Orc Blood
Orc Ferocity

Access to these Traits: Mindlessly Cruel (+1 trait to damage when under effects of moral bonus) ~Orcs of Golarion
Brute: + crit multiplier to damage on crits (this is an untyped bonus, so it stacks with Killer's trait bonus to crits) ~Orcs of Golarion

Human: +2 Str
Bonus Feat
Skilled or Heart of the Fields (ignore fatigue/exhausted 1/day, add 1/2 level to one craft skill)

Feats:
You will have a minimum of 20 feats, plus 1 if your either Human (any you qualify for) of Half-Elf (Skill focus or Exotic Wep Prof).

The following are must haves:

Power Attack
Weapon Focus
Weapon Specialization
Greater Weapon Focus
Greater Weapon Specialization
Critical Focus
Bleeding Critical

The following are good depending on your build:

Improved Critical
Exotic Weapon Proficiency (possibly free if Half-Elf)
Vital Strike
Improved Vital Strike
Greater Vital Strike
Master Craftsman*
Craft Magic Arms and Armor*
Craft Wondrous Items*

* These three mean that you can make everything you need for uber damage yourself. Your weapon, armor, even the manual of Str +5 you can write yourself!

You still have 5 or 6 feats open to do with as you please if you take all of the above. I suggest Dodge & Mobility, Staggering Critical, Stunning Critical, and Critical Mastery (if they survive your massive damage, they will be guaranteed staggered and maybe even stunned for a few rounds).

Stats::

Str: 40 (18 base, +2 race, +5 levels, +5 inherent (manual of Str), +6 Enhancement (Belt of Str) +4 Size (Righteous property on armor)
Dex: 13
Con: Doesn't really matter for this exercise
Int: Decent (to make everything yourself, you'll want this as high as possible)
Wis: Doesn't really matter for this exercise
Cha: Doesn't really matter for this exercise

Gear::
Your only must have items are as follows:

Manual of Gainful Exercise +5 (137 500 gp, you can make this yourself for only 68 750 gp)
Belt of Giant Strength +6 (36 000 gp, you can make this yourself for only 18 000 gp)
Gloves of Dueling (APG, increases Weapon Training bonus by +2: 15 000 gp, you can make these yourself for only 7 500 gp)
Any Armor with the Righteous property The armor you can craft yourself at 1/3 cost, the magic will cost half market value. Righteous is +27 000 gp (costs you only 13 500 gp to add). Enchantments can be whatever you want beyond that.
+10 Weapon Either a +1 Thundering Corrosive-Flaming-Icy-Shocking Burst, or +5 Vicious Cold Corrosive Flaming Shocking. If you know you'll be facing more of one kind of enemy than another, switching out Thundering/non-bursting element for Bane of that creature type will give you a higher damage rating. (cost, at least 200 000 gp + base item, but you pay only 100 000gp, plus 1/3 the base item price)

That is all you actually need. Anything else is gravy. (also, if Intelligent weapons are allowed, this gives you lots of cash to add smarts and powers to your weapon, especially since you'll be crafting it yourself. But that will be for another time. :)

And now for the comparison of various weapons. I took the 12 most deadly weapons and figured out their average and max damages in various situation, using the 2 different enhancements mentioned above (+1 thundering bursting x4, & +5 vicious elemental x4). Greater Vital Strikes for each, and Devastating Blows for each. I also included the possibility of fumbles and rolling a 1 on the confirmation roll, but everything else is considered a hit (2+).

These are all legal for a Large sized PC to use (large because of the Righteous property... when this is not on, the following weapons are actually 1 size smaller, but this is the most optimal for damage for each).

Also, this is all assuming you are solo (with Improved Crit, power attack, 40str, lv 19 2handed fighter, Gloves of Dueling & Belt of Str on, Righteou might activated). A wizard/cleric/bard/combination will make these numbers go up. The only self reliant thing not included are traits (killer, for example). If you were a full 20 fighter, the numbers would be a LOT higher (Power Attack goes up, all crit multipliers go up, and you get auto-confirm, but then you lose out on True Strike and would have to worry about to hit mods)

Both have good points. I'd lean more towards the Arcane Sorcerer simply for the extra castings of True Strike per day, but being able to act in a surprise round even while FF is pretty sweet too.

Another caster option is the Inquisitor! They have True Strike as well, and you get to select a domain for it's powers, and 1/day at level 1 you can issue a judgement (destruction) for an extra +1 sacred bonus to weapon damage rolls for one entire combat.

Feather subdomain gives you a +2 to init, and lets you act in surprise rounds even if FF.

Destruction lets you add a +1 (half cleric/inq level, min 1) moral bonus to damage 3+wis/day

Ferocity lets you add 1 (1/2 lv, min 1) untyped bonus to damage for 1 attack 3+wis/day

War gives you a +1 untyped to damage for 1 round 3+wis/day
