I like Rizel. Therefore, I am patronizing her. It might be unfair.

Larvi is realy lucky boy. *simle*

Orlin was said, "Mendokuse" in an actual session. Is it good if it does very to say this in English?

A large number of gaming fans aren't Naruto fans, and thus many of them wouldn't get the 'Mendokuse' reference. In the dub it's translated as 'What a drag' so you could maintain meaning for everybody but give the Shikamaru fans the bonus at the same time if you translated it that way.

Or it could always be translated as "what a pain in the ass", if he's supposed to be cursing.

Can't wait to see the first fight! I admit, Rizel's grown on me (but not like that).

They had me at:

"...don't look at my pussy!"

Take it! My Magic Missle!

O_o woof!

Rizel WINS. EROCRITICALITY!

If Pathfinder is not official in Japan, how do you get the adventure paths and campaign setting material? The core rules are OGL (which means they are free), but the campaign setting and adventure paths are closed content. Do people buy the English versions and then translate them on their own, or are translated versions passed around in Japan over the Internet?

Well, the actual module their using is an old one from something other than Pathfinder. As for the campaign setting, I'm guessing somebody's translated the wiki like someone did the SRD?

Hi.

Basically, we are privately translating such closed content.
As for a part of Adventure Path, the translation version is open to the public on the Internet. However, the password has adhered to them.
If it doesn't have the product version, the password cannot release.

The outline of the setting of the world is translated.
And, a lot of content not translated is privately translated.
We are expecting an official Japanese version.

thanks.

In Fact, she is a character of other campaign.
she is abberent bloodline sorcerer.
Her eyes color is mark of abberent.

Nothing wrong with aberrants- especially the tentacled aberrations. ;)

This is the best thing ever. I love Pathfinder even more because of this!

"When such a talk is told, Captain Henken gets off." :awesome:

Merry Christmas. Pathfinders.

I up-loaded Chapter 1 and part 3 of the movie of Griffin Island to YouTube.

Please let me see this movie, and hear the impression by all means.

The impression was a little few, and I was a little sad in the last movie.

It is a little late stocking filler from Japan.

Thank you.

Great lines to look for:

"To Tarzan's externals..."

After healing a cat girl captured in a monster's tentacles with a wand: "These kind of things are inserted and you do not pant!"

"Take that you fiend! Magic Missile of Trust and Results!"

A grease effect is referred to as "lotion."

Too funny!

EDIT: How does one Power Attack for only 2 points of damage? Me thinks there was a minor error there.

EDIT 2: As if greased cat girls wrestling with tentacled pirates wasn't enough, it then becomes a threesome! *headsplode* 8-|

We wish to express our gratitude for your impression.

Yes, our play group uses grease for the water slide, and makes it to the lotion. lol.

It certainly thinks of the point of the mistake of Power Attack like that.
The player of Hilda always miscalculates. However, such a person is in any play group.

*smile*

I love the music you use in the background :D

I am looking forward to the next part ^^

Pathfinder RPG Replay Movie Griffin Island Campagin Chapter1 Part3 The Battle of South Sea

have a fun:D

Pure epic win. Especially with the wizard and ranger both finishing off their opponents the way they did. (Well, that and all of Rizel's pervy commentary lol.)

Thanks a lot for putting this together and hosting it on youtube.

The Exchange

I think I have just experienced shell shock.

Scarab Sages

Awesome video!

I knew "God Knows" from The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi ^^

Also like how everyone are so engaged with their characters. Great RP, sometimes silly, but always fun :)

Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

I am enjoying these videos very much and look forward to more.

All the characters are wonderful, but I find Rizel to be the center of most fun so far.

Rizel is always great (and pervert XD), but I appreciate the other characters too - Hilda is a real powerhouse, for example.

I think there was a little mistake between 5:00 and 5:18, when the Pirate/Octopus moved and then grappled Rizel; after a move action it could make only a standard action, but it actually made 8 tentacle attacks. Unless the Pirate/Octopus had some sort of special attack (similar to a Pounce), he could only make a single tentacle attack + Grab action.

During the following grappling rounds of the Pirate/Octopus I noticed a couple of moves that were a little odd; if the Octopus was Grappling and not simply taking the -20 to avoid being considered Grappled itself - as it seems it were the case, judging from what Anastasia the GM said on 7:40 - it could not make tentacle attacks to Hilda (and later, to Sasha). It would need a special ability like that of the Kraken (Tenacious Grapple) in order not to be considered Grappled and keep on fighting other opponents like in the fight without having the -20 penalty on Grappling checks against its previous victims (Rizel in this case, and next Hilda). Also, when Sasha asked if Rizel was in the same square of the Pirate/Octopus (in order to heal her while being near to the Octopus), Rizel was effectively still hanging on the other side (the rules in 3.5 were that while grappling the opponents share the same squares, but in Pathfinder they are merely in adjacent squares, so Rizel was not near Sasha for the healing). However, Grapple is still one of the most difficult things to adjudicate (I still make a lot of misjudgements !...), so overall these are things that commonly happen.

Overall, a very good and fast-paced fight ;) !!!

Good morning.

Thank you for the comment.

Your point is correct.
When a Japanese version of this video was announced, still the same point was performed.
However, also because this video was a record of an actual session, a judgment wrong of me was left as it was. I wanted to tell the thing that Pathfinder was able to play even by my negligent mastering.

However, because it is undesirable that a wrong rule spreads, your comment is very welcome.

I am glad to enjoy the video for you.

I think it is great you keep the flubs in it. If one is uncertain of a rule..the DM makes a decision and moves on. Later, everyone can discuss the proper way. Don't slow the game down :P

I have one last question!

Does "Paizo" mean anything funny in Japanese?

'Rixx wrote:

Fmm...It is quite a tender question.

Pai = Oppai(JPN) = T i t s.
Zo = Zou(JPN) = Man

then If you say considerably forcibly, Paizo = T%!+-Man.
However, most Japanese will not laugh even if it is heard Paizo:D

The Exchange

Paizo does = t i t s

Haha, well, this is certainly keeping a smile on my face wheneer I watch one of these movies.

Pathfinder RPG Replay Movie Griffin Island Campagin Chapter2 Part1 The Party Formations

I up-loaded the first part in Chapter 2 a minute ago.

What is the one that men led to a mysterious map of Griffin Island meet?

When the impression can be written, it is glad.

Thanks.

Whoo-hoo !!! I've been waiting to see this !

As usual, a great choice for the soundtrack ! The intro music (which plays also at the end) Tank from the Cowboy Bebop's anime Opening is a masterpiece ;D (and also the other soundtrack at 10:02, Rush)

Rizel and her comments on the 'mushroom' are, as always, hilarious ^_^ ; however, I have to admit that I really appreciate Hilda as a character, despite being so much serious and full of pride - without a leader like her, I find hard to believe the party would ever start to cooperate in a non-life-threatening situation.

I can't wait to see the next chapter, thank you again for sharing your sessions with us ! Arigatou gozaimasu !

Waaai! New part!

I like how the characters are developing, these are pretty good roleplayers, I think.

Thanks for uploading! This one was lots of fun too ^^

"I don't know who can process adamintine and good panty"

Dotting this for later!

Only seen the first post so far. Man, that was priceless! I've bookmarked it to show to my wife.

Hello. Thank you for the comment.

The sound track makes the tune of Yoko Kanno who is my favorite composer the main.

The female vocal tune that comes out middle is her composition, too.

Rizel and the mushroom are the relations that cannot be separated even if it cuts it. lol.
Of course, a Japanese nuance cannot be translated into English easily though the roll play with wonderful other characters is done and it exists.

I work hard. Thank you.
Have a good new year!

All of my play group are very good roleplayers. They can amuse surrounding man being able to amuse him.
I think that this is a wonderful thing.

Thank you for the comment. It encourages it very much.

It is a small joke.
Hilda is searching for Adamantin.
Of course, it is Rizel to look for the panty.

Though your wife only has not to be angry. XD

These are so much fun to watch,

Thank you for your efforts, thank you and your group for sharing their experience with us, and thank you for making me smile.

Thought maybe Hilda was looking for an impenetrable adamantium chastity belt/panty after her encounter with the octopus man :)

I thought Rizel was looking for one, because hers always get torn up when things go down :D

keep posting these movies? Wow. I hope paizo does a japanese translation. Unfortunately, would cost them about $20,000 to do even just their core book.

Happy new year!!

Yes. I keep up-loading the video. For a long time perhaps until the campaign ends.

I am planning to up-load the video of the session besides this campaign. The session doesn't include a sexual humour. Because there seems considerably to be a person who hates it, too.

We are really expecting a Japanese version of PathfinderRPG to be published. Even if it is a little expensive, it absolutely buys it.

Liberty's Edge

Only watched the trailer, The text was way too fast. I had to slow it down. I hope some of what was said was lost in translation. "run away with piss" and a girl saying "dogs make love, cause sexual excitment" really did not make me want to know more about the story I expected to be a standard fantasy RPG.

Sorry but I felt those lines were totally wrong and had no place.

Badwrongfun?! On the internet!? The outrage!!

Seriously though, there is enough crap to be offended by out there in the world, like enforced political correctness, perversions of liberty, starving children, and partisan puppet theaters posing as governments. This is nothing but funny silliness. The embarrassing sex-talk is from a character with Cha7, and not the focus of the campain. Snippets of everyone's character shines through, even the comic relief character.

It is neither wrong nor out of place. It is what makes this campain unique, different and FUNNY.

@Anastasia-Von-Presetukaya: Don't let the few people who doesn't like your video stop you. Many here are big fans ^^

Yeah, you really can't take anything in the trailer seriously. The story itself is very perverted, but it's no where near as crazy as the trailer. I highly recommend you watch the next video (the one introducing the characters) before making a decision on the series as a whole.

Speaking for myself, I LOVE these videos, and eagerly await each new installment.

Hi. Thank you for the comment.

It is active to make RPG video really in Japan. In 1/1, 20 videos were up-loaded to the video site in Japan. It is such a condition every day recently.

Because I had wanted to introduce movement in this Japan to the world, my video was translated into English and it up-loaded it.

A variety of RPG videos overflow from a standard fantasy to comedy like the above-mentioned in Japan.

As for my video, no do be known whether in a standard fantasy. This is because a standard fantasy overflows in Japan, and there is worry that cannot be made individuality the way things are going.

However, the thing that there is a voice to hope for a standard fantasy, too was recognized, and it wants shortly to be going to make a near session a video standard in my having done and to up-load it.

Of course, the Griffin Island series continue, and do not worry about everybody of a past fan, please.

thanks.
