Converting Serpent's Skull to a 1930s pulp Savage Worlds game

The Serpent's Skull AP hasn't made it to my reading list yet (I haven't had the free time). However, I've looked the issues-to-date over and wonder how well the AP would convert over to a 1930's pulp-styled campaign using the Savage Worlds rules?

Any folks running/reading the AP with SW experience care to comment?

That's a pretty cool idea actually, it just takes a bit of re-skinning to make it work too. Hmmm, you've given me something to ponder.

It shouldn't be difficult at all. You could set it in Africa, South/Central America, or Indonisia. A former European colony set adrift following the devestation of WWI and the depression.

A German colony would be perfect, comparing the rise of demon worship with the rise of the Nazis, but England or any other colonial power would work as well. Especially if you go the Chrimson Skies route and assume that the aftermath of WWI with its attendant influenza and depression were worse than in history.

Skeld,

Did you ever convert Serpent’s Skull to Savage Worlds? I have been thinking of doing that and I was curious if you did it and how did it go for you?
