Will the number of words you can use be limited?

I understand that you can use anywhere from 2 to 4 words, but will there or should there be additional limitations in the final product?

I see a lot of people creating spells that stack cold electric and fire damage to create a whopper of an evocation spell.

Will there be/should there be an additional limitation such as "you can't combine 3 words until you are a 10th-level caster, or 4 words until you are a 15th-level caster?"

What do you guys think?

What about ´Family Trees´ of words, with restrictions on combining within Family Tree?
You normally can`t use Words within same Name Type, but there could be limits within the same Family Tree, or increased costs (more than normal Boosts) if stacking multiple from same family tree...?

This limitation is pretty much already in place due to the point costs and increased costs with multiple effects.
