Under the normal spellcasting rules, clerics don't have too many flashy damage spells, wizards don't have too many healing-type/condition removing spells, etc.
Under the words of power rules, however, a cleric and a wizard (or any other spellcaster for that matter) with the same power words known feel very much the same.
Does it bother anyone else that I could essentially make a cleric that blasts things all the time almost like an evocation sorcerer? It just breaks the feel of the cleric to me (and vice versa).

Considering clerics only get 1 of the Fire words and NONE of the Acid, Cold, Electricity, Force, Illusion or Power Words, I really wouldn't worry about clerics feeling like wizards... In fact you have more to worry about concerning druids then you do clerics
EDIT: And the chances of Wizards getting ALL of the restorative words in the future is very minimal... they will likely only receive words that emulate Break Enchantment, Remove Curse, Dispel Magic, and Greater Dispel Magic for their status removal
