Wes, sorry I didn't know about this earlier or we would have attempted to clean off the futon so you wouldn't have to sleep in the dark and creepy office.

But then again.... now that I know you are there, I am half tempted to walk down there and start scratching the windows.

Ha! No worries. Things have actually turned out to be quite cozy and I'm just about done editing the last Serpent Skull adventure. Things have worked out pretty well, but it's not something I'm planning on making a habit of (Chris's triops and all).

As for walking down, bad plan. You can read about the parka yeti up-thread. And I'm prone to shrieking.

As much as I love Kyle's black dragon here, we just ordered a new cover with a black dragon today that might replace him as my avatar. That is, if something from Carrion Crown or Rule of Fear doesn't first.

I'm sure neither I nor Jason have any idea what you're talking about.

Drink responsibly.

Totally Jäger. God, that sounds good right now.

Hey, here's a gift to keep you busy: Elrik Morna, a doodle I did for pretty much no reason. He is totally, absolutely not like anyone in existence, EVER, no matter what you hear or think to the contrary. And in case you didn't see it earlier, Seltyiel just got Powered-UP in full color.

I'll be up for a bit, it seems, so if you got requests... :D

Find out if there's a supply of jelly in the office. Or wrapping paper. You should wrap every individual piece of stationery in your co-worker's rooms.

It'll be like early Christmas. Early, mildly annoying Christmas!

That'd be extra fun since they prolly wouldn't be back into the office for a few days. I wonder what a chair covered in jelly looks like after a week spent next to a space heater.

OMG! That's Awesome. Saved! Hell, printed. That's going up in my office.

Yeah, that's one more example of the mangled mess of synapses in my skull connecting two disparate things and deciding it's GENIUS. You can also partially credit/blame Ben Bruck, who left a copy of "Mega-Man: Powered-UP" on a table for me to stare at confusedly for several minutes.

I do think Seltyiel is deserving of a 2-D side-scrolling platformer, though. SRSLY.

Just you wait till you see what I did with the opener to the Bestiary in Pathfinder #43. It's probably the most self indulgent thing in my entire tenure here, and from putting Skeletor's Havoc Staff in Dragon #338 to torbles, that's saying something.

It might involve giant clock gears...

I'm excited to see this. And once it ships (and I can afford to keep my subscription active and buy the backlog of issues waiting somewhere in the warehouse for me) I'll gaze lovingly at it. And giggle like a schoolboy, methinks.

And on that note, it's bed time. Chris's triops has been lurking up there waiting to lay its eggs under my eyelids so patiently, who am I to disappoint? Lights out. (Though tonight I sleep with dogslicer at hand.)

Good call. I shall do the same, sans dogslicer (though I do have several baseball bats, an oar, an axe, a machete, and one boken in the house).

Sweet dreams, young Schneider. And may your eyeballs grow back upon the morn.

Manly, my fragile psyche is shattering due to the overwhelming horror I face shrieking? Or girly, Kate Capshaw being lowered into a pit of lava by a Thugee who likes to massage people's hearts shrieking?

If you get bored there are the classic pranks of:

Cling wrapping the toilet bowls.
Coffee in the shower heads.
Popping the pins in the hinges of the office doors so when they are opened they fall in.
Blu-taking staitionary to the ceiling.
Super gluing dice to the table.
Putting tape over the bottom of a mouse so it doesn't work.
Swapping peoples offices or cubicles or upside-downing an office or cubicle.
Wedging some paper in one of the rollers of an office chair.

7:26: Survived the night no worse for the experience - unless waking with the burden of 1,000 tiny triops eggs feels exactly like waking without, that is. Roads still look shoddy, though it looks like someone just made it in. Might be time to go forage for food...

Why do I feel hungry for plankton?

No plankton out there. Though I did find coffee washed up on the shore of the nearby Whole Food. (Now that I think of it, they probably do have plankton there.)

I wonder if James would want to sled down the hill and get pancakes...

Still question.

I wonder when James will wake up so we can go get pancakes.

Oh, as per our conversation last Thursday, I just realized your monitor isn't nearly triops haunted enough. Lets solve that.

Depends on what sort of monster it is. My pet gibbering mouther has more then enough eyes.
