Will a spider swarm take damage from a Create Pit spell? Or a Spiked Pit? I think Acid or Hungry pit should do damage but given their immunity to weapon damage I am not so sure...

The first rule of pits: don't open a portable hole.

Swarms aren't immune to falling damage (though I'd rule that they are), so create pit works against swarms. Create pit doesn't have an Area entry, so acid pit doesn't deal any extra damage to a swarm.

Bludgeoning damage is not limited to weapons, so a swarm would have no special resistance against hungry pit. Still, it would not be unreasonable to rule that a swarm is immune to the crushing damage of a hungry pit, given their immunity to effects like grapple and the general concept of the swarm. Along the same line of reasoning, it would not be unreasonable to rule that a swarm takes extra damage from the acid in an acid pit.
