In the lamia article, I think, it says ''in the days of the ancient Siv, the Shrine of the Fateless was among ...'' and it mentions the Lands of the Horned Serpent. Anyone knows when and where was Siv?

Just want to throw the 2 seconds of research I came up with into here:
Lamia of Avalos was one of the most respected oracles in the world and lived at the Pharasmin Shrine of the Fateless. After taking a turn to lying for money, Pharasma came down an cursed the congregation personally by turning them into half-human monsters (thus the origin of the lamyros).
Lamia are rather Greek-themed so I would not be surprised to see some mention of them relative to Iblydos, however a quick search of "Avalos" reveals only that there is an Avalos Lane in Magnimar. Furthermore, lamyros are known to be relatively common in Varisia owing to some strong connection with ancient Thassilon, so I would actually guess that where or whatever Ancient Siv is, it has something to do with Thassilon.
It's not something we ever followed up on.
That's too bad... but it makes sense! Golarion has a huge and generous heaping of lore!

Ancient Siv kind of seems like it would fit right there (as the Runelords simply enslaved the local populations that lived there) or was immediately after (when, say, the lamias were trying to retain their own power during the Age of Darkness).

Are you planning on ever exploring Varisia pre-Runelord/Xin?
No plans. There's a perception among most of our customers and staff alike that we've covered Thassilon/Varisia enough in 1st edition and don't need to spend time continuing to explore that region in 2nd edition so that we can focus on bringing lore to other parts of the world that need development.

Fair enough!
I love all the corners of the world so much that I don't mind those deep dives (and I kind of wish there were more examples of things wherever like the fire leopards* and little details I keep stumbling across in Varisia... including Varisia!), so I totally understand the perception, even if I love more historical references and coherent historical narratives.
* Related: a) I think they were called "fire leopards" but I've a spotty memory for RotR at present, 'cause tiiiiiiiiiime; b) I haven't personally noticed similar things elsewhere but that doesn't mean they're not there, just that my thinker is kind of wonk. :D
