I love this band. I just got my hand on Warp Riders and I haven't stopped listening to it yet. I didn't hit me as hard as Gods of the Earth when I first heard it, but I am really digging it more each time I listen.

This band gets a lot of crap for not being pure metal, but how can people on these boards not dig 'em? Its Dungeons & Dragons infused stoner metal! They have songs about Conan and George R.R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire! Their new album cover looks like the cover of an old pulp sci-fi novel!

Rock!

A video for How Heavy this Axe

A review that made me laugh out loud.

A video for Fire Lances of the Ancient Hyperzephyrians

A video for Winter's Wolves

A video for Mother, Maiden and Crone

Silver Crusade

I've had Tres Brujas burned into my head for the past week and it won't leave.

They sure do like singing about trios of witches.

And I can honestly say this is the first metal album I've listened to that gave me freaking Space Adventure Cobra flashbacks...

Eh, if there's one fanbase I've learned to tune out...if there's 10 fanbases I've learned to tune out, vocal metal purists are one of them.

You don't age when you live out of time!
A THOUSAND YEARS IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE!

Its a solid album and a fun (albeit slight) change of direction. If you're new to them check out the first two albums first. I like the band but still think the vocals need a lot of work.
