Why did the Andoran Revolution work but the Galt Revolution "fail"? Both were instituted by Hossetter and Jubalich with the advice of Talmandor, Galt and Andoran both had similar "national mindsets" and unlike in actual history the second one to rebel was the one which was successful. What made things bad in Galt?
Will the Heralds in Inner Sea Faiths who do not have prior stats be appearing in any Paizo Products now that there's no need to write their divine masters up in AP's?

I have no opinion on Undertale; don't play it or know anything about it.
The game's page has a summary, as does TV Tropes, but I wrote up another one.
The plot of Undertale is that monsters were exiled underground a thousand years ago after losing a battle with humans. In the present day, a child (the PC) explores Mt. Ebott and falls down a hole into the underground, where the monsters presently live.
The combat is turn-based RPG style, except the monster's attacks are a dodging minigame, and you're heavily encouraged to end the fight peacefully. Monsters are people too, and often quite the characters.
There's also the infamous Flirt command, which combined with the child's appearance brings to mind a G-rated Arshea.
So, interested?

A couple of questions on the Red Mantis. I don't have Inner Sea Faiths, so pardon, if the answers are in there.
1) While the Red Mantis obviously specialise in the sawtooth sabre, does this preclude them from seeking to master other weapons as well, or do they have a singular focus on that particular weapon?
2) In that vein, would Red Mantis assassins from particular societies be likely to have specialties in weapons specific to those societies as well as the "traditional" sawtooth sabre? For example, a Mantis assassin from Varisia being an expert with a starknife.
3) While the Red Mantis are primarily assassins, would they ever consider a request to not assassinate somebody, beyond their normal refusal to kill rightful ruling monarchs?
4) Following on from #3, would they ever be likely to take a contract on, or allow, some of their members to serve as bodyguards? Be it as part of an adventuring party, or in pursuit of a particular assassination target (e.g. the member works as bodyguard to a noble in an adventuring party, part of a longer game to get close to another noble and kill them), or whatever.

Non-Souls related questions (possibly, though probably not)!
1. What is your favourite Dragon fight from a video game?
2. What is your favourite Demon fight from a video game?
3. What is your favourite Aberration fight from a video game?
4. What is your favourite Spirit fight from a video game?
5. What is your favourite Undead fight from a video game?
6. What is your favourite Angel fight from a video game?
Or if you don't have any, what about from the tabletop?

Cause it did. The combination of chance and skill and timing and luck and fate and everything else is why one thing works and a similar thing does not.
No plans at this point to stat up more heralds outside of Pathfinder Adventure Path as appropriate.

Is Achaekek's old CR 30 statblock from Curse of the Crimson Throne now his herald's stat block?
No. That stat block is an outdated stat block from another system of the game. Feel free to use it for whatever you want, but it's something Pathfinder evolved away from and is no longer officially anything but a curiosity or a relic from another game system.

Is there any Golarion equivalent of Bigfoot? Ie. A creature some people believe exists while others don't and where there are claims of sightings but no proof? Basically something where if you found proof you'd be world famous?
Well... there's sasquatch, which IS bigfoot. SO... yes.
And there are cryptids as well; things that not everyone believes exists that exist. The Sandpoint Devil is the first we detailed but there are plenty others.

1) They can use other weapons if they want.
2) Not really; it'd be an individual quirk.
3) All the time. They're not kill-bots who kill just for money. They refuse contracts whenever it makes sense.
4) No. They're not bodyguards. They're assassins. A red mantis could, I suppose, "freelance" as a bodyguard but that would have to come second to assassin duty.

My brain doesn't really work this way; it was actually kind of hard to pick out "favorite fights" from Dark Souls. I'm much more into story and plot in video games. The fighting part is stuff that goes "in one eye and out the other" either as something to just be distracting at the moment or as a stepping stone to more content.

I thought I had previously found an answer to this question, but I can't seem to locate it now.
Is it possible to Channel Smite on the melee touch attack as part of spell casting? e.g. Could a cleric who channels negative energy cast an Inflict spell and channel smite at the same time?
That's a rules question; should be asked in the rules forums so that it can be FAQed and so the designers will see it.

I suspect so, which backs up my comment that "most are, but not always."

Have asked this elsewhere, but figured I'd ask here as well just in case: will the new Curse of the Crimson Throne hardcover incorporate Gatlynn Keidros (from AP #100 article)?
Also, who do we thank for finally caving and agreeing to make the hardcover?
It will not incorperate Gatlynn at all. She, and all other NPCs in that article, are meant to be "bonus" NPCs and not plot bearing NPCs built into the AP.
I'm not sure who you'd have to thank; someone in management I guess. Erik or Vic or Lisa or Jeff. Wasn't my idea. I was just the one who got to build the book.

Aw, my bad (Perhaps should have asked for favourite creature design or something).
Kinda going off your response what are some your favourite non-standard designed areas from games or movies?
By non-standard I mean like the Kiln of the First Flame from Dark Souls.

Hey James I have a few fun questions.
1) What's the creepiest thing that has ever happened to you?
2) WHat movie has truly scared or creeped you out?
3) What book scared you the most?
4) As a believer in bigfoot have you ever had a glimpse of the fellow?
5) Whats the best local myth or Urban Legend from where you grew up?

Does the base mythic ability of Immortal (gained at tier 9 and improved at tier 10) include someone dying of old age? The wording specifically says "If you are killed". I have a party about to finish Wrath of the Righteous who are wondering if their characters will last forever unless "someone kills them" or if they should start investing in Sun Orchid Elixir.

Are any heads of state or important international players (e.g., members of the Decemvirate, Red Mantis leaders, level 16+ clerics of various gods) asexual? Can you name any off the top of your head?
It's possible, but until we start telling a story about an NPC I prefer not to nail down details like that until we know what story we want to tell.

1) May not be the creepiest, but it was the first story that came to mind: My sister and I went out after dark to get eggs from the chicken coop. The coop was a filthy place, with multiple layers of cobwebs above and chicken poop below. When we went in, she shined the light at one of the grimy opaque screen windows and what appeared to be a 5-foot-wide spider on the wall less than a foot away from us. We shrieked, my dad came running out with a gun thinking we were being attacked by a mountain lion, and only later did we realize the light had just cast a shadow of an orb-weaver spider on the screen that happened to be in a web right in front of the flashlight as my sister shined it on the wall.
2) Here are the first five that come to mind: Blair Witch Project, Paranormal Activity, Martyrs, Lake Mungo, and Irreversible.
3) Pet Semetery. Helps that I read it when I was 10. Last book to have given me a nightmare was "Ringu" but I was reading it after driving for a whole day and sleeping in a skeezy motel so that helped too.
4) Alas, no.
5) Bigfoot.

I'd say no. That said, getting to tier 9 is hardly commonplace, and that's not gonna put any dent whatsoever in Sun Orchid Elixir revenues.

What were some of the most memorable, not necessarily favorite, pre-3.x modules to you? Most underrated?
First five that come to mind as most memorable:
Queen of the Spiders
Expedition to the Barrier Peaks
Ravenloft
Tomb of Horrors
Castle Amber
Most underrated: Mordenkainen's Fantastic Adventure
