I'm not sure what this question is referencing or asking or if it's just being silly... but in any event, nope. No party.
It's a reference to her Tumblr.

Ah; first I've seen or heard of that. AKA: It's set up by someone not at Paizo as far as I know... so not canon.

I'd guess four since average party size, but I wouldn't be surprised if you do one for each three evil alignments

There's 6 covers, so 6 iconics. I believe the alignment goal was 2 for each.

Do you plan on consolidating much of the stories of the various gods into one book?

Stories of how the gods fought back Rovagug, how Shelyn fought Zon Kuthon for the Whisperer of Souls or how Zon Kuthon tortured his father until he became his herald, the story of the death of Aroden or the rise of Iomedae or Cayden Cailean, or how Asmodeus murdered his brother Ihys but out of sympathy allowed mortals to have free will.

These stories are found in many many different books and you would have to read many Adventure Paths, Campaign Settings, Novels, Player Companions, etc to find it all. Some books exist (Inner Seas Gods, Inner Seas World Guide) that expand on a collection of existing Gods to add items, feats, spells, traits and the like to followers of each god, and even helpful roleplaying tips and cultural information of followers found in Golarion. But the stories and timelines are not available without much searching.

I love these stories and would love even more if there was a book that you can recommend which showcases many of them that I could read. Can you please point out which one or let me know if there are plans to consolidate the amazing amount of rich lore related to the different deities?

Thank you for taking the time to answer everyone's questions.

Inner Sea Gods is pretty much still the main go-to for god lore. We have no plans on building more mythological stories for the gods at this point.

Absolutely not. The two APs take place simultaneously but they do not interact in that way. They do not cross paths. The events of one are not undone by the other.

Is Alternate Racial Traits still a thing?

I found ART one of the best concepts in the Advanced Race Guide, allowing for customization of a race, swapping out one racial ability for a new one. However, the concept hasn't been seen much since. Is it something that was decided was a bad idea and has been buried since, or is it just a matter that there hasn't been a suitable product to put more into yet?

And if you can say, are there any new Alternate Racial Traits upcoming in any future products (such as Inner Sea Races)?

They are a thing, but there's not a huge design space for them since they're kinda "tacked on," so we don't do them that much.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure they're not a significant part of Inner Sea Races, which focuses on flavor, not crunch.

No.

The Kung Fury movie (link to trailer) premieres today, are you going to watch it?

If you don't recall or were never told, Kung Fury is supposed to be a homage to all of the 80's action movies. One of the lines for the trailer is even, "He's a kung-fu, renegade cop." It's supposed to be only a ~30 minute movie and they even got David Hasselhoff to do a music video for the movie (comes complete with a DeLorean!).

Hi James!

I'll be running a Mummy's Mask campaign soon and I was wondering about the curse affecting the Ruby Prince.

We like to run our AP's as though all of the other adventures have taken place / will take place (depending on the AP we run), generally assuming that an AP's start is in the month the first volume was published with the year being equal to the year it was released +2000.
This rule goes for the PFS campaign as well (so for us, Runelord Krune is dead, for example).

My question is, with all of the above assumed, is the Ruby Prince still suffering from the Thassilonian curse inflicted on him in 4713 AR? What are the effects exactly, something like an advanced form of Leprosy?

Obviously he's not too happy with the Pathfinders for inflicting such a curse on him, but are they no longer allowed in Osirion? Or are they simply on thin ice in the country?

I know you have little control over what occurs with PFS, but I was hoping something as major as Osirion's reigning Pharaoh having a terrible, incurable wasting disease would fall under your supervision.

This needs to be a post to the rules forums so it can be FAQed. I'd just ignore the mention of feint in my games.

I did (I think), and went to change it when I noticed I was in the wrong place, and then learned of the edit/delete time limits on the posts, etc., etc.

But here's a question more suitable for your expertise (and this topic): Aroden's immortality.

Unless there's a particular bit I'm missing (as well as the pfsrd and any other site/post/whatever I've found during my searching), you state that Aroden was an immortal descendant of the Azlanti, and yadda yadda did stuff for thousands of years until finally raising the Starstone and becoming a God.

What I don't see clarified, or expounded upon, or mentioned any more than this passing bit, is that Aroden was immortal long before he achieved divinity. With Nex and Geb, there's at least a blurb of elixirs and ungents and the like; similarly with the Sun Orchid Elixir. But no mention of how Aroden became immortal, which seems like it should've been a point of intense interest among his (former) worshipers.

So...any details regarding his immortality before his apotheosis?

I knew there was something I'd been meaning to ask!

In running Carrion Crown, I've considered both daemon and qlippoth allies for the Whispering Way. The upcoming sahkil sound like they'd be perfect.

How do qlippoth feel about the Way? Would they see the Way's eventual goal of a stagnant paradise as more acceptable, since birth and death would end and no more sinful souls would come to the Abyss?

How appropriate are the sahkil going to be as allies of the Whispering Way? 100%? Or just 90% or so?

Would the sahkil be servants of Urgathoa with any regularity?

Thank you! ^_^

Questions. >_<

Mr. Jacobs:

I hear the Iconic Kineticist is a very young character. I thought Paizo felt that that would be received poorly in the past - children in danger, sort of thing.

Has something changed to alter that assumption, or was the "iconic" nature of the child firestarter too much to pass up?

Thank you! ^_^

1) Yes

2) If we do our job right, yes, a worshiper of Nocticula will work well in Hell's Vengeance. As long as she's evil, that is.

3) Whatever works. A skilled assassin doesn't hem herself in to only ever using one method. Assassins of Nocticula would likely prefer using seduction or darkness to catch targets off guard before they strike, but any other method that works works too.

And yes, we'll be going for diversity with them. And we'll be using an artist that understands our game. Turns out, after doing 30+ iconics and 100+ AP covers we've figured a lot of that out.

The best you'll get is that countries with alignments of "good" listed in the Inner Sea World Guide likley do not allow slaves. The closer you get to evil (particularly lawful evil) the more likely slaves are a part of the nation.

There are a few exceptions. Slavery's not a big thing in the River Kingdoms (which is chaotic neutrual) or Varisia (which is neutral) and it's a HUGE thing in Katapesh (which is also neutral).

Rob's a better person to ask Mummy's Mask questions, as he's the developer. I've not even read the adventures, with the exception of the 5th one (which I did develop).
