Problems with Order #s 1449967 & 1469848

Dear Paizo Staff,
I have yet to receive either of these orders. Order# 1449967 was supposed to have been shipped on 09 July 2010 and 1469848 was shipped 13 July 2010. As of today (23 July 2010), they stil haven't arrived. Could someone please look into this and give me an update?

Thank you! Please do't take this a a slight to the company. Paizo gives PLATINUM level service. So, I am just a little concerned at the tardiness of the shipment. I will give it another week!

Well I have been charged for order number 1477152 and I STILL have gotten niether order number 1449967 nor order number 1449967. I know this is a day ahead of the date that you said to get back with you on this but having been charged for third shipment and not recieved the first two makes one, to put it mildly, upset.

Update, 1469848 showed up just now. However this is what I ordered AFTER 1449967. Something got lost somewhere!

The estimated window for 1449967 would have ended on July 21st. Since it is still only a few business days past the postal estimate, there is still a very good chance it will still be delivered. In the situations where packages are not delivered, the post office is usually quiet good about sending it back to paizo. Usually this takes an additional one to two weeks.

I have set up a replacement to be shipped after August 9th. That gives the post office enough time to catch up on any delays they might be experiencing or to have the package returned to us. If order 1449967 shows up in the meantime, please let us know.

Order number 1449967 has arrived today. However, the map the wrong map was included. I ordered the Swamp map and I got Pirate Island. Also, as per an email I sent earlier, order number 1477152 has a damaged Advanced Player's Guide. This is not up to par with Paizo's usual quality. I am hoping that this will get rectified. If you could give me instructions on returning the APG for replacment I will send it for replacement. I would still like the Swamp Flip map the I ordered for order number 1449967.
