Can you power attack a melee touch attack?


Last line: The bonus damage does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage.

Well I have had a rogue take "Professional Skill: Barrister" before.... Not sure how the GM let me get away with that since it was not an evil game.
