Weight wise? Yes. But I'm the guy that Murphy makes an example of when he's feeling antsy. I've ran into some complications a year out with my appendix bursting (twice) and having that removed along with my gall bladder. It's the psychological part that's challenging. Personally, I think it did something with my bio-chemistry where as I was a laser sharp focused OCD whereas nowadays I have a short attention span and hop all over the place ADHD.
My g/f is approaching her tenth month out. She's dropped about 80 lbs and is looking great! The only thing she's ran into was she had to decrease her meds for hypothyroidism and now needs to take B-12 injections.
I've always been good about taking daily vitamins, but I need to remember to take Calcium Citrate as frequent.
