Yeah, but I've never had it.

Ok, so we finally watched Death Note II: The Last Name. I think I liked the manga series better. I asked the library to get the anime Death Note. Still not in yet but it is on order.

Highly recommended for Fawtlies.

Anyone else out there like Death Note that can recommend any new manga/anime that is on par with Death Note?

Well, there's Bakuman. Sure, it's a completely different type of story, but it's still written by the same guy as Death Note.

Also, if you don't mind being recommended obscenely long shonen series, One Piece is the best one out there. You know how most of that type of series peak after a few hundred issues at most? One Piece is almost to 600 and it still hasn't peaked yet.

Nothing wrong with being ambidextrous. It helps best when you're swinging from plate. It confuses the pitcher.

Well, s*&%. A bottle of mead and several hours later, I'm going to have to completely replay Operation: Anchorage. Not tonight though. I'm going to bed. :-(

~grins~ Good luck!

Slow night. PIE!

The woman served up pumpkin, earlier. I'm full. Thanks.

I'm a little ambiguous when it comes to pumpkin pie. I feel like fruits and nuts make the most obvious (and wonderful) pies. Okay, maybe creams of various kinds as well.

This has to be one of the saddest comics ever.

~grins~ Don't forget to get all the Holotapes BEFORE you do the spacewalk. I missed two of them and did not get the achevement.

This being my third character, I am going for the Neutral achievements. Pretty hilarious trying to balance my karma right.

This.

Pumpkin pie is only good under a heap of freshly made whipped cream. And that's really just because of the whipped cream.

Silver Crusade

All right, all right.

Will you marry me, Aberzombie?

What did I miss?

We were dog-sitting last night for a friend's miniature dachsund. "Well behaved" they said. "Sleeps all night" they said. "House broken" they said.

Sorry, but I'm already taken.

Also,

Well, Tina and Maria finally looked forward to satisfying their heretofore unrequited love for bacon, only to discover that what was being served was actual bacon and not Kevin Bacon. Meanwhile, Albert and Alan were taking perverse pleasure in confusing the other members of the budget committee, by signing all of their documentation as simply "Al" so that no one would know which it came from. And, across town, Charlie's problems with the local gang reached a fever pitch when he discovered that penguins.....No, wait! That's my soap opera.

I've found that "mini" dogs are the worst about that kind of thing.

She barked and whined all night. We barely slept. And every time someone walks in the door she gets too excited and pees on the rug. It would be cute and funny if it wasn't my rug.

Gooooooooooooooooooooooooood morning Fawlty Towers!

Well, despite a refreshing bowl of FreeholdDM cereal(I'm considering calling them Whed-O's since they are, hopefully, made out of Whedon), I didn't ride my bike to work today. The wind and rain are too bad, even for me. Though I feel like less of a man, the cookies and hugs and extra Solnes left in this thread soothe the blow to my ego.

Well, I've got tons upon tons of paperwork waiting for me, so I'm just gonna hop to it. Here's hoping I pull off a miracle and do enough today so that Friday isn't so bad...

The Exchange

Happy Lice day folks. :(

A little boy in my daughters class has lice. Now 5 kids, including Arden have them. Arden shares a room with her baby brother, you can guess where I'm going with this. So I had to spring $56 for lice treatment for all the kids.

Yay school.
