~does a draconic strip tease~

If I pretend I enjoyed that, would you loan me those two boxed sets?

Re: Phantom Menace.....
there were two movies there:
one had that dorky little kid and JarJar.
the other had Ray Park and the best lightsaber duel ever filmed. Period.

Good night, FAWTLies! I hope your weekend is awesome. Mine will be spent at sea...Grrrr....

[I suppose I did choose this life...still. Grrrr...] ;-)

I'm on call. I don't do water though.

I prefer a pair of flotation devices.

Mairkurion {tm} wrote:

~grins~ I honestly do not mind letting you borrow them once I am done watching it. I just request that you ship them back once you are done watching the sets.

P.S. - I should be done with them within the next two weeks.

Are you in the military? If so, then thank you for serving. I for one appreciate the sacrifice you have made.

Sharoth, have you finally met Karen yet or has it all still been phone conversations?

Yes we have met. She was here about two months ago.

This guy. I love bunnies. I think I will cuddle with my bunny.

No no no. Bunnies are for watching hop around in the great outdoors and for running over with cars. Not for cuddling. Not even when they nuzzle your hair and bury their widdle heads in the crook of your arm and lick your hand. No no no.

I will mail this one to you.

Popcorn now officially has a water bottle and timothy hay. How did this happen? Arrrrrrrrrrrrrg!

I.. I.. it was an accident. That stuff fell in the cart and we didn't notice it.

Can we not use the H. Diddy part. It makes me picture Mairkurion in a Playboy Bunny outfit. Then I feel all funny. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Surviving. Just need that elusive job, you know? =) My resume's spread about; it's just a matter of finding that right one. I wish I could put something up that says: NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR INSURANCE OR FINANCIAL PLANNING SALES JOBS.

~grins~ I understand. I have several friends either looking for a job or looking for a better job. ~sighs~ Job hunting is not fun. In fact it is down right depressing work. I for one wish you the best and I hope that you find a job soon.

That is a problem Rem, guess I'll have to take you both down tonight to spare you the pain of being thirsty. No need to thank me, its what any good GM would do.

Also, good morning to my fellow FAWTLers.

You should ask him why the Star Wars prequels had a villain named Dooku... I mean why not just name the guy Count Crapula?

Or you could just ask why they sucked in the first place.

And now I can't get that out of my head. I'm going to be walking around the day job giggling, and the night job shuddering. Ah, well, better than the other way around, I guess...

`Allo! Just stepping out of my lurking to jump on the Star Wars conversation:

And with that...

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING FAWLTY HOUSE!!!!

I don't know what it is about that badger, but he has me thinking about paladins in alllllll sorts of different ways. Did a lot of reorganizing and rethinking yesterday. Keeping the original theme, but changing up a few mechanics and overall just putting my thoughts into words better. I don't think I'll have them up at the game site any time soon, but I do feel I've made some progress.

Going to be in hell's kitchen for the second job tonight, which starts an hour earlier thankfully. I hate going so far into nosebleed territory so late at night, by the time I get into bed the sun is just starting to peek over the horizon.

Finally, I'll be playing the one of the last sessions of the Ptolus game tomorrow! I'll miss the setting, but it is time for something new. Perhaps I'll run Kingmaker....

Silver Crusade

Morning, all. What did I miss?

Game night tonight - it's been about 3 months now!

Grr..can't seem to find article.

If I remembering it correctly, it was someone giving a detailed account of their experience as a writer of resumes or something, and he mentioned that a resume(or maybe it was a cover letter) was akin to an advertisement- he even went so far as to write on in the style of an ad. "My name is XXXXX. I am not a former intern looking for experience. I am not a down and out executive looking to make a lateral move into something easier. I am a [enter name of field of specialization here], plain and simple. I am not so arrogant as to claim that your company needs my services, but my attached resume will show exactly how I can be an asset." This is paraphrased, mind, but it was the general gist. VERY ballsy in this economy, but I think this guy DID get the job.

And Good morning to you all.

Plus on a side note the best bunny is one in a stew, Carry on.

Actually I think the cuteness is an evolutionary defense to prevent us from eating them. But dag nabit They bite!

Yeah, they finally got around to it. With GenCon and KotM2 (Electric Boogaloo) they didn't have much room for feature articles, except fir those in support of KQ 14.
You did that like .... end of February / beginning of March, IIRC. And it's now September. Damn, it has been awhile. Good to see that it finally debuted! I could comment on what is coming up for the follow-up, but that's probably an unfair advantage. =)

I guess it has been 6 months. Huh. Part of that time in Limbo was Wolfgang deciding whether to publish it in the KQ magazine. It was May when he decided to decline but suggested I hand it over to Scott Gable for the website.
